spazi funzionali, forniti con tutto il necessario, buona comunicazione con l'host ed istruzioni dettagliate. parcheggio compreso coperto sempre all'ombra, suggerimento fare manovra a retro percorso stretto.

il posizionamento del climatizzatore al piano di ingresso costringe a dover tenere aperte le porte delle camere per un ottimale raffrescamento.

The apartment is located just at the edge of the inner city, 2 minutes walk from the old market. Most of the main sights in Rouen are within walking distance, as are many restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is fully furnished, has airconditioning which the host kindly turned on for us before our arrival and was perfectly clean. The host was also very nice and helpful in the messages we exchanged. Many reviews mention difficulty parking, saying the entrance to the parking is very narrow. I contacted the host about this and they showed me that a Mercedes G-class could fit. Our car was not that large but still a largish SUV and I managed to park with little difficulty. In short: exceptional value for money and a very comfortable stay.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator so it can be a bit of a climb after walking around the city all day. But this is clearly mentioned so you know what you are in for. The apartment does not have a washing machine or a rack to dry clothes/towels. This would have been handy. That being said, there is a laundromat just around the corner so not a big issue if you have to do a wash.

This is such a gorgeous property! The pictures don’t do it justice. It was very clean, had great air conditioning, huge shower, great layout and great location, great parking space. Loved the kitchen. We have moved on to other locations in our visit through France, but this by far has been my favorite accommodation. The host was very informative about getting in to the property. Access was a little later than desired at 7pm. Parking space could be tricky to get into for some drivers. Once in- it’s completely shaded which we loved. We weren’t able to find sheets for the sofa bed.

Magnifique duplex lumineux et calme , au cœur du centre historique . Il est très bien équipé , la literie est très confortable et les 2 SDB très utiles . La place de parking c’est le top d’autant plus qu’on est au centre ville . Tout à été parfait

Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite , il faut noter qu’il est au 4 eme étage sans ascenseur, mais ça n’a pas été un problème majeur pour nous .
