Stay was ok in spite of bad host.

No breakfast. Location was good.

No information at all including parking information from the host. Also we left our personal Electric adapter when we finished our stay. We notified the host who refused to return it to us claiming we took their adapter which was not in the apartment. Host just made an untrue story so they can keep our adapter. This adapter we have used for travel in Europe for more than 30 years. We would like it returned to us. Please help.

Exceptional

Newly refurbished apartment. Very clean and finished to a very high standard. The location is ideal. The children loved the fussball table. The stairs weren't a problem but some might find them too much. The car parking space is tight enough to back in to and might be tricky for some. It's a perfect luxury apartment to explore Rouen.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was beautiful! So clean and comfortable. Had everything you need. Felt very at home. The host was great and was available to answer any questions whenever I needed them. Was very cheap for the quality and location.

I really needed a sink in the toilet, having to open the door and walk to another room to wash my hands was inconvenient and unhygienic.

Best place to stay with the family in Rouen

The location was amazing, very close to cleaning shop. It is in the heart of center of Rouen.

The parking area is great, although it might be a little tight for bigger cars. But it is not a big deal. One of the shower areas need a glass door.

great location, high quality finish to the apartment, immaculately clean

construction comments below: parking was too tight for a large car There was only 1 toilet when we expected 2 as we booked the apartment as 2 en-suite bedrooms. kitchen didn’t have a bread knife and or any caving knife making preparing food difficult as we wanted to eat in Pillows need replacing The water went off the first morning so this delayed us getting out but it was fixed quickly

Heerlijk verblijf dicht bij het centrum van Rouen met top host Emily!

Top locatie, net buiten het drukke centrum van Rouen maar alles op loopafstand te bereiken; mooi appartement. We ware met 4 volwassen en hadden veel ruimte en genoeg privacy. Service van Emily was superb!

De interne parkeerplaats is prima voor een Mini/soortgelijke kleine auto. De poort ingang is te krap voor een gezinsauto. Maar gelukkig is de Q-park garage vlakbij (Palais de Justice).

De beste plek midden in het bruisende centrum van Rouen om de stad te verkennen.

De locatie midden in het centrum, de luxe en comfort in de woning, de privé parkeerplaats en de overbuurvrouw die 's ochtends naakt haar gym oefeningen doet.

Helaas geen lift maar dat is begrijpelijk in een historisch pand.

Zentrale und sehr ruhige Wohnung im 4.Stock

Sehr saubere, schön helle und trotz der super zentralen Lage auch noch sehr ruhige Wohnung im 4. Stock mit eigenem Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer von Rouen. Das i-Tüpfelchen war der eigene Parkplatz im Innenhof. Fantastisch.

supermoderne Maisonnette mit allem Komfort in einem historischen Altbau wenige Fußminuten vom Zentrum, mit Balkon und eigenem Parkplatz (!). Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt mit leider nicht optimaler Parkmöglichkeit.

Diese moderne Neubauwohung liegt sehr zentral, aber ruhig in dem Hof eines alten (historischen) Wohnhauses in der Altstadt von Rouen. DIe Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist sehr schick eingerichtet und TIPPTOP SAUBER. Das ist wirklich sehr angenehm. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon mit hübschem Ausblick in einen begrünten Innenhof des Nachbarhauses und eine Klimaanlage, die frei nach Bedarf genutzt / bedient werden kann!

Leider sind die Angaben über die Parkmöglichkeiten im Hof nicht so ganz zutreffend. Mit unserem Kombi (Volvo V60) konnten wir nicht durch das historische Eingangstor des Vorderhauses zum Innenhof einfahren, da zu schmal. Wir mussten in einem Parkhaus parken (10 Gehminuten entfernt). Vor dieser Wohnung ist im 4. Stock im Trepppenhaus eine Belüftungsanlage für die Wohungen in diesem Neubau (insgesamt 4 Wohnungen) installiert. Diese Belüftungsanlage ist leider laut und man hört sie auch in der Wohnung. Schließt man die Schlafzimmertür, dann ist es erträglich und man kann schlafen.

Super appartement, nieuw met prachtige keuken en heerlijk terrasje naar buiten!

Fantastisch appartement midden in het centrum. Gloednieuw. En wat een leuke, mooie, gezellige stad is Rouen! Echt een aanrader. Ligt in klein smal straatje. Door een poort en dan in een nieuw gebouw dit mooie appartement. Wel veel trappen dus niet voor iedereen geschikt. Aan de overkant Bistrot d’Arthur. Heerlijk gegeten, wel reserveren.

Niets, alleen paste onze auto toch niet op de binnenparkeerplaats die erbij zit..was te lang.

Très bel endroit

Appartement très bien situé, la place de parking est très appréciable même s'il faut un peu manœuvrer pour entrer. Le lieu est très propre, lumineux et très joliment décoré. La terrasse est un plus.

Rien à dire ,certes, c'est au dernier étage,et il est préférable de ne pas être trop chargé de bagages 😉
