Fantastic location and plenty of things to make sure our stay was comfortable. There was a fan in each room to help cool it down and the beds were nice and comfortable.

The narrow steep stairs were a struggle with our luggage and a toddler, these were very dark as well and the light is near the front door.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und so kommt man hier überall fußläufig gut hin. Rechts neben der Eingangstür befindet sich der Schlüsselkasten für die Wohnung in 2. Stock. Die Ausstattung ist gut und die Vermieter haben kleine Päckchen ausgelegt, wie zum Beispiel Duschgel, Geschirrspülmittel, etc.. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Fernseher, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Fön ausgestattet. Somit bleibt kein Wunsch offen.

Leider haben wir beim Abziehen der Betwäsche festgestellt, dass der Matratzenschoner mit dunklen Haaren und Flusen übersät war. Das war etwas schade, da wir das Apartment sehr empfehlen können. Der Vermieter nutzt eine App für die Verneinung - PassPass. Dort kam man auch eine Nummer anrufen oder eine Mail schreiben. Leider reagierte der Vermieter weder auf die Anrufe, noch auf die Nachrichten. Nur die Kommunikation über Booking funktionierte.

Douche un peu petite

The apartment was in a good location, close to local shops and near the city centre. It was attractively decorated and comfortable. The weather was very hot and good quality fans were provided in all main rooms. It was adequately equipped with what you would need for a stay of a week or more. The bedrooms and living room were clean and the bedding was fresh.

This apartment had clearly been set up initially to a good standard but is now lacking routine maintenance and care. There was broken glass on the floor in the hallway which also had broken and loose tiles. The crockery was extensively chipped - including the only two full sized mugs available. Equipment was randomly distributed around the apartment and most of the cooking equipment had been crammed into one drawer, which made it difficult to find things. The kitchen appliances were rather tired - the temperature display on the hob did not work. The shower drain is blocked causing the water to back up into the shower tray. This is a particular problem as the washing machine drains into the same outlet causing dirty water to rise up into the shower tray. We reported these issues to the owner via the messaging service but received no response.
