Our stay was good - apartment is pretty sound proof and well kept and the beds were comfortable.

The apartment was clean, quiet and close to the main tourist area - there is a Carrefour's around the corner and a good boulangerie and patisserie nearby. You can easily walk to the tourist sights acros the Seine.

What makes this apartment less user friendly is that its on a narrow, busy 1 way street and the parking spot is in another narrow 1 way street underground car park. I didn't know that I should have parked the car in the underground carpark as there is a connecting door from that car park to the actual apartment building. You need to enter a code at the front door and another code to get into the elevator area and another code to operate the lift and then another code for the lock box. All while parking illegally. The couch in the living room is a sofa bed and not that comfortable. The washing machine needs a set of instructions for all non-French visitors as I had never used this type of machine.

Well located with underground parking to be able to drive quickly into the old town

The apartment was very well presented. It had all the facilities that we needed. Having car parking was very helpful. It was easy to drive cross the river to the old town.

The host had forgotten to send us the method of entry but did so quickly when reminded. Using 3 different codes to get to the lock box was tiresome. Finding the associated parking was not easy and having to move the car out of the garage at the end of our stay then park then go back inside to secure the key in the lock box was frustrating.

Untrustworthy host

Wonderful apartment! With great location

The host trying to force me to cancel the reservation so that I would lose half of my payment! Instead of just canceling himself if he wasn’t satisfied that one night stay wasn’t enough! I am sure he has bullied others into canceling their one day reservation by also talking condescending to them as he did me! Wonderful apartment but bad business sense!

Ruim en mooi

Ruim appartement met ondergronds parkeren (neem wel de beige deur vanuit de parkeergarage omhoog, anders kom je in het verkeerde gebouw), alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig en het was dichtbij het oude centrum van de stad.

De bank was wat hard en doorgezakt, het bed was best klein en ook aan de harde kant. De stop van het bad moesten we eruit vissen met een mes omdat we het anders niet los kregen. Toen we per ongeluk in het verkeerde gebouw terecht kwamen door onduidelijke omschrijving van de juiste deur vanuit de parkeergarage, kregen we de conciërge niet aan de lijn toen de liftcode niet werkte (om middernacht...).

Rouen ist immer eine Reise wert.

Schönes gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Hoher Sicherheitsstandard im Haus durch zahlreiche Türcodes und Kameras . Netter kleiner Balkon allerdings zur einer recht lauten Straßenseite.

Die Unterkunft befindet in einem der ärmeren Viertel von Rouen das vorwiegend von Menschen aus Nordafrika bewohnt wird . Diese kulturelle Vielfalt ist auf der einen Seite sehr angenehm , beschränkt aber die Auswahl an Restaurants und Bistros und Ausgehmöglichkeiten . Also keine Möglichkeit im näheren Umfeld noch ein Glas Wein zu trinken. Das wirklich negative ist aber der sehr unangenehme Geruch im gesamten Hausflur der ersten Etage. Lässt man die Tür zum Appartement zu lange auf , zieht dieser Geruch auch in die Wohnung.

Cómodo, seguro y completo

El piso es amplio, cómodo, limpio y está muy bien equipado. Para entrar hay muchísima seguridad, casi como un escape room, lo que da mucha tranquilidad. La ubicación es buena: en unos 15-20 minutos caminando llegás al centro, cruzás el río y estás en la catedral. Estuvimos bien, muy cómodos durante toda la estancia. Además, cuenta con plaza de parking propia a la que se accede también desde dentro del edificio, algo que suma un montón. Muy recomendable.

Schönes Apartment in etwas düsterer Gegend.

Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber, zweckmäßig und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Man ist zu Fuß in 15 Min. im Zentrum. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch im Haus.

Als Frau würde ich nicht dort alleine in der Nacht in der Umgebung unterwegs sein wollen.

El apartamento era amplio, cómodo y limpio. La ubicación algo alejada del centro pero bueno, un paseo para ver las obras de Ruán.

Tre giorni a Rouen

La struttura era moderna, spaziosa e accogliente, dorata di confort. L'edificio é molto sicuro, molto comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo. Utile avere a due passi il centro commerciale.

La zona é relativamente vicina al centro, ma attraversare il quartiere non ci ha fatto sentire sicuri, non l'avremmo fatto di sera tardi o notte, ma avendolo percorso di giorno non ci sono stati problemi.

Consigliato

L'appartamento ed il parcheggio sono facilmente raggiungibili grazie alle precise indicazioni fornite. L'appartamento è spazioso e ben attrezzato. La posizione, anche se periferica, permette di raggiungere il centro di Rouen a piedi in 15 minuti.

Aspetto negativo è stato il coprimaterasso che era molto macchiato. L'appartamento è situato in una zona pertiferica di Rouen comunque non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema e il nostro soggiorno è stato assolutamente privo di intoppi.

Un buen piso, que podría ser excelente con un poco de "cariño"

Piso espacioso y bien equipado, ubicación en barrio de Rouen cerca del centro, a 15 minutos a pie. Seguridad extrema: hace falta utilizar 4 códigos diferentes para poder acceder el día de la entrada: dos para el portal, otro para usar el ascensor y otro para abrir la caja de llaves. Un valor añadido si se viaja en coche es que tiene plaza de parking propia. Silencioso y camas cómodas.

Sinceramente, tuve la sensación de que la propiedad atendía la comunicación de mala gana y con nula flexibilidad. Creo que quien ofrece una casa en alquiler de corta duración (vacacional) debe ser un anfitrión más que un casero, y esto significa ofrecer soluciones, alternativas o cuando menos, explicaciones a las necesidades que le plantean sus huéspedes. La información por adelantado con las indicaciones y normas era completa como para hacer el "self check-in", motivo de más para que la propiedad o gerencia cuide más las formas en la atención por escrito cuando el huésped lo requiere, máxime cuando este canal se puede prestar fácilmente a malentendidos. Ejemplo de lo dicho: la única noche que nos alojamos no dejamos el coche en el parking, sino en la calle, porque no habíamos visto la segunda página de "instrucciones", pero a la mañana siguiente nos habría venido muy bien poder dejarlo hasta pasado mediodía (13-14 h) mientras visitábamos la ciudad, puesto que suponíamos que antes de las 16 h no entraría el siguiente huésped. Pregunté por esta posibilidad y la respuesta fue tajante: "hay que dejarlo a las 11" (hora límite para el check-out). Ni explicación, ni alternativas.

Logement entier. Calme. Rive gauche de Rouen. Centre ville à 20 mns à pied. Parking fortement apprécié.

Le quartier n'est pas exceptionnel mais l'immeuble est sécurisé et l'environnement était calme. RAS

Host (Vincent) was niet behulpzaam.. geen gebruiksaanwijzingen beschikbaar. Op vragen werd niet gereageerd zoals verzoek om handdoeken, fonteintje in badkamer was verstopt, gebruik van TV

Appartement charmant et spacieux, très bien équipé, vous êtes comme chez vous! Tout est bien pensé. Pas de mauvaise surprise.

Locations régulières, très bien.

Nous louons régulièrement ce bien qui est à côté de notre école. Il est bien équipé, sérieux et confortable. Proche de notre école où nous pouvons aller à pieds et laisser la voiture au parking fermé ce qui est important. Réactivité à nos demandes.
