Nice apartment but I was disturbed a lot.

The apartment overall is very nice and spacious, clean and warm.

I was disturbed by a stranger in the late evening knocking my doors. The property owner sent him to collect some papers or tools. I was visiting France for the first time, and I decided not to let him in, especially with a small child with me. The day after I start receiving text messages asking what time I will leave on my last day, I text back that I didn't know, and I start receiving messages that they need to plan the next day and they need to find out. So in general, I was disturbed for no reason.

Appartement spacieux correspond à l'annonce

Bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel répond tout suite dés qu'il y a un problème. Une vraie grande table pour manger . Il y'a aussi trois grandes chambres.

Les placards de la cuisine sont pas accessibles,on a du mal à attraper la vaisselle. Si non rien a dire

La fonctionnalité de l'appartement est parfaite. Taille de chambre très agréable

L'odeur de tabac dans une chambre était forte. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.

Apartamento Ruan

El apartamento es amplio y la decoración moderna. La ubicación es buena

Cuando llegamos las camas estaban hechas con la ropa de cama recién lavada y mojada y las toallas también lo estaban. Tuvimos que sacar todas las sábanas y ponerlas a secar y cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando sacamos la funda del nórdico... Parecía que se habían tapado con él en la batalla de Normandía porque estaba lleno de manchas de sangre. Llamamos al dueño y la opción que nos dio fue sacar de un cajón unas sábanas todas arrugadas que no sabíamos si estaban limpias. Había suciedad por todas partes y la cocina estaba llena de grasa. El horno, el calienta leches y todos los utensilios estaban sucios, los muebles también, tuvimos que ponernos a limpiar todo el apartamento para poder estar cómodos. El baño tiene dos lavabos pero uno perdía agua y no se podía utilizar. Creo que nadie debería de entregar un apartamento en ese estado. Es una lástima porque si estuviese limpio el apartamento está bastante bien.

Sehr schönes Appartment für eine Stadtbesichtigung in einem ruhigen Umfeld

Schön gestaltetes Appartement mit ausreichend Platz. Sehr helle räumliche Gestaltung, alles soweit vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Bad und die Sanitäranlagen waren ebenso wie die Zimmer sauber. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße.

An der Sauberkeit könnte noch gearbeitet werden (Küche). Ein passender Toilettendeckel, der nicht immer gleich abgeht wäre super. Die Unterkunft selbst ist 20 min von der Innenstadt bzw. Den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Der Check-in hat gerade so geklappt.Wir haben die Anweisung wie wir zum Schlüssel kommen erst am nächsten Tag von booking erhalten.

Ménage très sérieusement à revoir, appartement sympathique

Les chambres et l'emplacement (avec parking gratuit à proximité)

Ménage très partiellement fait, voir pas du tout dans certaines zones de l'appartement car nous avons demandé à venir plus tôt, ce que le propriétaire a accepté mais apparemment, réservation la veille de notre arrivée de dernières minutes et donc pas eu le temps de faire le ménage nécessaire, ce sont les propos du propriétaire. Je vous laisse juger. Le ménage était lamentable. Photos partagées avec l'hôte ... Le propriétaire a proposé de passer pendant que nous serions à l'extérieur, comme je vous laisse imaginer, nos affaires étaient présentes donc pas d'intimité, j'ai refusé. Dommage, car l'appartement en lui-même a du potentiel. Appartement mal insonorisé mais pas de la faute propriétaire.

L’appartement est très bien deux grandes chambres au premier étage et une plus petite un séjour salle à manger de petite taille mais très fonctionnel. L’équipe est réactive au messages Et surtout pas de voisins bruyants Les poubelles , juste en bas de l’appartement
