Can be better for this money.

The location and communication with the owner was good. The place is considered safe. Lots of code locks. Also you have parking in the underground parking. The kitchen was packed with tea and coffee. Equipped with appliances.

The furniture was not in good condition in the living room and elsewhere. It was not "fresh" I'd say (3 out of 5). Towels and bedclothes were a complete mess in the closet. Photos of the apartment are definitely better, than in reality. Impression of the apartment is 6-7 out of 10. Locks in the toilet and bathroom aren't working. You can't lock yourself. There is only one mid size mirror in the bathroom.

Appartement agréable et spacieux

Les ustensiles de cuisine : cafetière électrique sans verseuse, le réservoir d'eau du sanseo fuit, la bouilloire inutilisable car pleine de calcaire à l'intérieur, aucune casserole, pas de torchon. Concernant la salle de bain le radiateur ne fonctionne pas et très poussiéreux, idem poussière pour les radiateurs des chambres dégagent une odeur après mise en marche

Sehr schlecht organisiert, Infos zu Zugang und Parkplatz kamen erst auf Aufforderung am Tag vor der Abreise. Informationen nicht gut verständlich, Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage unklar, vorher keine Infos zu eingeschränkter Höhe, Garage sehr eng. Garage war bei Ankunft durch anderes Fahrzeug blockiert. Küchenutensilien mussten vor Gebrauch gespült werden, Boden länger nicht gewischt. Sofas fleckig. Lieblose Wohnung, keinerlei Informationen.

Einkaufen und Bäcker sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Parkplatz in der Garage war vorhanden.

Der Zustand der Ferienwohnung ist insgesamt sehr sehr enttäuschend. Viele Utensilien sind entweder kaputt oder stark abgenutzt, die Ausstattung wirkt wie ein liebloses Sammelsurium. Die Tücher waren befleckt und nicht verwendbar. Die Küche war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber, es gab nur drei Messer und keinen einzigen Teelöffel. Außerdem hatte der Vermieter vergessen, das warme Wasser einzuschalten – ein unzumutbarer Mangel. Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Dalle buone recensioni che leggo, forse noi abbiamo avuto un altro appartamento. Buona la possibilità del garage, appartamento abbastanza grande per 5 persone.

Appartamento vecchio e sporco. Sportelli della cucina intoccabili, grassi. Vasca/ doccia non pulita, calcare su rubinetti e vetro. Asciugamani vecchi. Il quinto asciugamano non c’era ed il proprietario ci ha detto di cercare in delle buste in un armadio. Tutto approssimativo, lenzuola non stirate. Le informazioni per entrare ci sono state date, via whatsapp,dopo 3 telefonate. Non ci ritornerei.

Niet aan te raden. Zoek verder.

De foto's geven een vertekend beeld. Wij verbleven hier een nacht op doorreis. Het is fijn dat er een garage is om je auto veilig te stallen, maar je kunt niet parkeren voor de deur om uit te stappen. De parking is ontzettend laag. Je kunt er met een dakkoffer niet naar binnen... laat staan een grotere personenwagen. Onze Peugeot 2008 paste echt maar net overal onderdoor. De ligging is oke, maar voor ons niet echt relevant.

Eigenlijk alles. De bedden zijn muf. De muren vies en smoezelig. De badkamer is redelijk, maar na één douchebeurt helemaal zeiknat. De ligging van het appartement is een soort zoekplaatje. Met de foto's en google translate is het gelukt, maar het was net een escaperoom. De meubels zijn gammel en aan vervanging toe. Voor één nacht was het al niet veel soeps, maar voor een langer verblijf zou ik het zeker niemand aanraden. De beheerder is onzichtbaar. Je hebt contact met een berichtenbox.
