Great location, value for money, basement smelt damp

It was clean, modern and in a good location. It was also good value for money.

The basement room felt and smelt damp and was humid. It would’ve been good to have air con down there as the dehumidifier and fan didn’t really do enough.

A really comfortable & ideally located one night stop over.

The location of the property was perfect for walking around the historic parts of Rouen. Being alongside the river Seine made for a great evening walk along the embankment in the sunshine. The apartment was secure, comfortable, modern & clean.

We were fine but for anyone unsteady on their feet or not of good balance the concrete steps down to the 2nd bedroom, which was spacious & comfortable, could present a challenge.

Good location, everything within walking distance. Everything you need for comfort stay.

It can be tricky to find car par. But we were lucky, parked near apartment. Mattresses in downstairs room needs to be replaced.

Nicely renovated loft-style apartment in central location.

Really cosy and clean apartment. I really liked the nicely renovated room down in the basement. Both the kitchen and the two bathrooms were well equipped. There is a spacious common area and two large bedrooms.

Although the bed linen and towels were clean, they smelled a little musty.

Great place for a stay in Rouen

Great location, very good price and a good size for the three of us who were staying. Communication with the staff was excellent.

The only issue would be for anyone who doesn't have great balance, to note that one of the bedrooms is downstairs and possibly not easy for some. For our group it was no problem though, so definitely not a complaint, just for warning.

Pretty nice apartment on the river

Two bedrooms, big rooms, comfortable beds, washing machine and also dryer for clothes. Location is pretty good.

The picking up and also giving back of keys are cumbersome. You have to go to the grocery store nearby. But what happened if your check in is late or check out is early? Inconvinient.

CÓMODO APARTAMENTO BUENA UBICACIÓN CENTRO ROUEN

La ubicación, espacioso y muy bien equipado y el baño del dormitorio principal con una gran ducha de techo. A pesar de no tener parking propio pudimos aparcar en las proximidades (Parquímetro de pago de 9:00 a 17:00).

La habitación que hay en sótano sin ventilación natural. Nosotros finalmente nos apañamos todos en planta superior nos apañamos con la del dormitorio principal y el sofá cama del salón, ya que el apartamento es amplio y cómodo.

Todo bien en general. Se ve recien reformado. Falta algun detalle que terminar, portarrollos baño grande, algun colgador chaqueta. Cerca del centro.

Escaleras que bajan habitación inferior deberian tener alguna barandilla o agarradero, y arreglar-la un poco. Sofa cama no se podia abrir.

Casa molto carina, con due spaziose camere da letto di cui una sotterranea, grande e dotata di deumidificatori. Bagni belli grandi, cucina attrezzata con lavatrice e asciugatrice perfettamente funzionanti. Macchinetta del caffè e qualcosa per fare colazione.

Нам все понравилось. Было необычно, что это в коммерческом помещении находится, но в этом есть свой шарм. Новый ремонт, все необходимое имеет. Есть напольный кондиционер.

Рекомендация для хозяина: за кондиционером из отверстия в стене ползут муравьи, стоит загерметизировать или что-то с этим сделать.

I letti assolutamente inadeguati. Piccoli e con un buco al centro. La camera che viene pubblicizzata "scavata nella roccia" in realtà è una cantina, senza alcuna finestra. Direi poco salutare.

Het is een oude winkel. Geen lichtinval v buiten. Locatie is top, inrichting wat onlogisch maar prima. Tweede bed staat in de kelder ( vochtig). Voor 1 nacht op doorreis goed te doen!

Hélas, c’était le seul logement disponible à Rouen à cette date

L’emplacement, la jolie chambre de la cave, la salle de douche de la chambre principale

Lavabo bouché, la nuit n’a pas suffi à ce qu’il se vide entièrement ! Le canapé convertible pas du tout confort, matelas trop fin, on sent toute la ferraille du sommier qui grince au moindre mouvement. Linge de lit en mauvais état, brûlure de cigarette, fermeture à zip cassée et linge tout froissé. Il faudrait refaire l’escalier qui descend dans la chambre de la cave, en piteux état !
