L’emplacement est très pratique pour visiter Rouen et facile d’accès.
Il manque des panneaux d’information pour expliquer où se situe l’entrée de l’établissement et celui des parking.

Muito boa a localização, o conforto da acomodação, a limpeza, garagem coberta, cordialidade na recepção e a segurança.
Gostaria que tivesse produtos essenciais de higiene, tanto pessoal, como papel higiênico suficiente para a estadia, sabonete e shampoo, como um sabão para lavar a louça. Pq fez muita falta e não costumamos levar estes produtos na bagagem.

Poorly equipped kitchen crockery, no bedside lights or switch by bed to turn off light.

Le service hôtelier n’est pas du tout présent.
Les draps ne sont pas changés comme à hôtel, le ménage est pas fait systématiquement ou sur demande, comme à l’hôtel (exemple adagio).
Il ne s’agit donc pas d’un appart-hôtel mais d’une simple location d’appartement !
