A lovely find

A very lovely property with good value for money. The property had everything we needed. Location was great, an easy walk to the centre. Note, it is in the low emissions zone (Crit air), hence a sticker is required. The owners were very communicative and helpful before and throughout the stay!

Beds can benefit from a mattress upgrade and wall sockets need some fixing. But overall, still a great stay.

Lovely character home, close to the historic centre. Everything was as described. Easy access and communicative owners. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed home.

Bed on top floor was low to the ground.. First staircase has a wobbly, cracked step.

The owner was very attentive to helping me figure out how to work the stove and stayed in communication until it was resolved.

Let me preface this by saying this house has value, but the stairs, pictures of the stairs, needs to be more upfront. The pictures do not represent the obstacles you may need to consider. The stairs are a challenge. There are 2 flights of stairs which are narrow and wind around to the top 2 floors. Traveling with older people (70’s) with luggage made it near impossible to get things upstairs. I’m good in health and could do the stairs, but for my traveling companions it was difficult to get up to the second floor safely. (The coming down is the tricky part.)We left our luggage on the main floor. Parking is a challenge. We got super lucky after we’d gone around the very large block to get a space. The advertisement needs to read “street parking,” it is free but it’s street. There are no guarantees you’ll get a spot close.

Unique and lovely

We loved the decor and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Clear and easy communication with the hosts. We were able to park on the street out front and would recommend.

On a steep hill and bit of a walk to the main sites but we really enjoyed it.

Un punto di appoggio confortevole e grazioso

Tipico appartamento a sviluppo verticale, arredato con creatività e intelligenza, molto tranquillo e abbastanza ben illuminato dalla luce naturale, con accesso diretto alla strada. Host molto premurosi, attenti alle esigenze del visitatore, e precisi nelle indicazioni. Molto gradito il feedback post soggiorno sullo stato dell'appartamento. Sicuramente da annoverare come buon un punto di appoggio per la visita della città.

L'assenza del bidet, imprescindibile per una valutazione al massimo livello. Alcuni particolari dell'allestimento da migliorare (prese elettriche). Disponibilità di parcheggio pubblico in numero limitato nella via e in forte pendenza. La distanza dal centro storico, che vanifica la possibilità di spostarsi solo a piedi per la visita della città.

Bedden zijn niet comfortabel, last van rug en nek en ze kraakten heel erg bij het draaien! Douche beneden had geen warm water meer. We betaalden €30 aan schoonmaakkosten maar er werd gevraagd dat wij zelf de was moesten doen en de zakjes met afval ed zelf weggooien...

Sperate di riuscire a trovare un parcheggio, ma è difficilissimo

Non sarebbe lontano dal centro, in fondo in 10-15 minuti a piedi ci si arriva bene. La casa è ordinata, non manca nulla (vabbè, poco caffè...), ci hanno anche regalato una bottiglia di sidro che alla fine non abbiamo neppure bevuto. Proprietari cortesi, facili gli scambi di messaggi. Poco, pochissimo spazio per riporre vestiti e biancheria, molte cose sono rimaste sempre nelle valigie

Impossibile o quasi parcheggiare nella zona. La camera al "piano nobile" è piccolissima, difficilissimo muoversi, e soprattutto per entrarci... bisogna passare per il bagno. E Così, se il bagno è occupato, si resta chiusi in camera o chiusi fuori. E chi alloggia nelle due stanze più in alto... deve scendere in cucina per andare in bagno! Naturalmente, come in ogni paese fuori dall'Italia, non ci sono bidet; molti, in tanti luoghi, hanno trovato altre soluzioni, ma troppi non si decidono a cercarne, ce ne sono anche di semplici, in fondo i turisti italiani non sono pochi

Maison de ville confortable, calme et proche du centre historique

Informations utiles et précises des propriétaires sur l'accès au logement. Maison sur 3 niveaux bien aménagée, équipée et située dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Proximité du centre-ville historique (une dizaine de minutes à pied) sans avoir à reprendre son véhicule.

Quelques difficultés pour trouver une place de stationnement dans le quartier en toute fin de journée mais bonnes indications des propriétaires sur les rues à privilégier pour notre recherche. Pas de commerces à proximité immédiate.

Soggiorno in un’accogliente casa tipica del luogo.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui in tre coppie. La casa è veramente bella, tipica del luogo ed autonoma. I letti sono molto comodi. La sistemazione era molto pulita e nel complesso davvero accogliente. A pochissimi passi dal centro storico.

Nelle indicazioni del check-in consiglierei di inserire anche la foto del cancello da cui si entra sulla strada. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Charmant séjour dans maison de ville

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement (parking possible mais centre accessible à pied), la literie, la décoration (tomettes et colombages), l'arrivée/départ autonome, la communication avec l'hôte (réponse rapide et fluide), la maison bien équipée (cuisine et salle de bain, cintres etc..)

Cest une maison de ville, prenez des boules quies et tout ira bien pour le passage des camions poubelle. Mais le 31 décembre au soir, nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes plus que les autres soirs. Les voisins fument, et on dirait que ça transperce un peu entre les maisons.

Une maison charmante proche du centre

Mignon, bien rénové, accueil facile et sympathique. Rue au calme, parking facile et gratuit dans la rue. Café à disposition bien appréciable. Maison qui a son charme avec son escalier certes étroit mais pratique. Wifi de bonne qualité. À quelques minutes de l’entrée des rues piétonnes du vieux Rouen. Un point d’amélioration : le lit du premier est super grinçant au moindre mouvement mais pas bien grave pour une nuit. Un logement vraiment bien merci aux hôtes.

Zona tranquila y fácil para estacionar el coche. A 20 minutos a pie del centro.

La distribución del alojamiento, muchas escaleras y lavabos mal situados. Uno al lado de la cocina y el otro es la entrada de una habitación.
