Pleasant stay, and definitely a place to stay again if we revisit Rouen.

Excellent location, good private parking area, prompt communication with the owners, well designed studio apartment with comfortable King size bed, kitchenette was well stocked and well equipped.

Prefer a shower with door to avoid water splashing on floor. A common washing machine/dryer would be a welcome facility for such a nice residence, although we were informed that an outside laundry was quite close to the residence.

I thought the entrance to the parking was so tight I scratched my car. The room was tiny and no way was it big enough for 2 people let alone 2adults and 2kids The shower was dirty The place was cluttered with things you couldn’t even have space to make a cup of coffee.

Beautiful studio with private parking

The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the station, where you can find the nearest restaurants. Host sent a video several days in advance to show how to enter the property. On the day, codes sent to enter the outer doors and acquire the card key for the apartment. Secure car park at the back of the house entered through 2 sets of double doors. Very nice apartment with lots of cutlery and crockery, electric kettle, microwave and hotplate, as well as sweets and tea and coffee. Quiet despite being on a bus route. Nice walk in shower with convenient hooks, and lots of towels provided as well as one in the litchen. TV worked well, with subtitles too.

The lockbox is in quite a dark area, behind the outer doors; I needed a torch to set the code. The entrance for cars is narrow – you have to line the car up before entering, from a fairly narrow road which is a bus route – otherwise you hit your tyres. Both sets of doors for the car park operated by card key, but you have to get our of your car to operate the outer ones from the street. The house is on quite a steep hill, too steep for me to push a wheelchair comfortably. Wifi code did not work, but then the wifi came on without a code!

Great communication before arrival. Very clear instructions. We loved being able to secure our car off road and the keyless entry. Facilities were great - really comfortable. Easy walking from town centre so really convenient

Cute quiet unit in a great location with a fair price

This is a well decorated unit with everything we needed for a short stay. We did not use the kitchen, but it appeared well equipped. The location is terrific, in a quiet neighborhood, within a 20 minute walk to all the main tourist sites. Having free parking in a secure lot is a huge bonus. Communication with the host was quick and easy.

Excellent room, location and very attentive hosts

The location was good for us as we caught a train to Paris and the station was a 5 minute walk. The location and key collection was very easy and the hosts were excellent with the communications. Cleaning products were provided in the room (washing up liquid etc) and there is a hob, microwave and coffee machine and kettle provided. Also crockery and cutlery to cook basic meals. There is also a detailed welcome manual with lots of information about the studio and the city. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Super Stay

Lovely , well equipped , large comfortable studio, Quiet , very good nights sleep after a day exploring the City Excellent communication for entry codes for arrival. Did not meet hosts but when we contacted via Booking .com very prompt replies. Excellent Location, just a 15/20 minute walk to centre. Large secure off street parking in a large private car park Rouen is a great visit for 2/3 days Plenty to see. Highly recommend

Just for information:- The street is one way for cars so you need to approach from the top end. Access to car parking is through 2 sets of large double wooden doors - but entry is quite easy with the key card. The Apartment is just inside the LEZ but we faced no check or problems and the car was parked behind the Villa in a large car park. Technically you need to display Air Quality Sticker, which can be obtained online before you leave. If you park or drive in the zone without the sticker you could be liable to a fine. This is in line with many French Cities now. Older cars ( like mine ) would not qualify anyway. So if coming by car best to do some research.

Comfortable apartment with good facilities.

This is the second time myself and my wife have stayed at this property, we were in a larger apartment this time with more facilities. The internet was reliable and fast. The room was warm and cozy. The hosts are very friendly, we would not hesitate to stay again.

The kitchen was very useful, they had hairdryer and lots of small things to use, ( cups, pan, fork, knife, mugs, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

The room was not ready when we arrived, the bathtub was not clean as I imagined, there was one morning when we didn't have hot water so was complicated for us to have a shower.

Reasonably priced unit suitable for a night.

The instructions to enter the unit were fairly clear but we would have liked to have someone meet us to help with luggage and an orientation. This is essentially an Air B&B type property rather than a hotel or a B&B. You are on your own to get inside and figure out the appliances. The property is fairly clean and smelled like it was recently cleaned.

the location is among student housing so the area is not ideal for mature adults. Although it’s an easy 20 minute walk to the center of town, it’s not really central. The bed was hard and terribly uncomfortable; one tiny pillow, no top sheet and one huge thick down comforter. The property is tired and fairly old. The oven is not easy to understand, the large tub has no curtain for a shower so the floor becomes wet. The room felt damp and stuffy so we needed to open a window for ventilation. On the second day we returned to our studio to find 2 workmen in the bathroom ceiling with tools and ladders so we could not use the bathroom. The owner forgot to notify us. We needed a good night’s sleep so we checked into a hotel.
