Enjoy the calm of this charming and completely renovated maisonette, with its private terrace, while being 5 minutes from the train station and metro and 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Rouen.
Supermarket, bakery, cafes, pharmacy within walking distance (around the station).

Pretty little detached house freshly renovated, with its terrace, in a garden of an old private mansion. Quiet and residential area.
You will have:
- a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender.
Coffee, tea, chocolate, jam etc. will be at your disposal for your first breakfast.
- a dining area with everything you need for 6 guests.
- a bedroom on the first floor with its 140/190 bed and its own washbasin area (iron available).
- a bedroom upstairs with a 140/190 bed and its washbasin area.
- a lounge area with a comfortable sofa that can be used as a fifth extra bed on request.
- a small shower room with very functional toilet (hairdryer available)
