I did not like the property at all. Very Dirty!!!, Location is good for the city, and the parking garage is good

House is run down and dirty!!!. It looked and felt like it had not been cleaned properly for a long time The kitchen was dirty and full of grime. Half eaten out of date food in the cupboard. Sponge left to clean dishes were full of grease and fat. We would of used the dishwasher but there were no tablets, Bathroom had hairs stuck on walls and in draws The was a inch layer of dush on a lot of things Broken lamp in living room held together with sticky tape Stains in doors and coffee table We did contact the host, who offered to send some sponges and dishwasher tablets, and said she would speak to her cleaning team, but this house had not been cleaned properly for a long long time. Price might be good and location, but does not excuse the condition the house is Its a shame as it started well with the communication of how to get to the house and the parking etc. You are sent a link with picture and information, but i get the feeling this is not the host house, and they just run the bookings, as were with our 2 dogs, and during our contact with her trying to explain how dirty the house was, the host also claimed we never informed her about us being with our dogs, when it was the first message i sent her via booking.com, and logged in the special requests

Verblijf in rustige straat.

De locatie in een rustige straat op loopafstand van het centrum en de wandelpromenade langs de Seine. De parkeergarage was ook erg handig.

Het gehele huis was erg vuil. Overal lag veel stof en vooral de keuken was smerig. Afzuigkap en het fornuis plakten helemaal van het vet. Er zaten nog etenswaren van vorige bewoners in de koelkast. Ook is het een en ander gedateerd en aan vervanging toe. Het toiletpapier waren de restantjes van de vorige bewoners en er waren geen nieuwe rollen aanwezig.

Heerlijke uitvalsbasis in Rouen

Ruim huisje op loopafstand van het centrum van Rouen, maar in fijne rustige straat zonder verkeer. Goede faciliteiten en erg vriendelijke host (online contact). Goede aanwijzigingen gekregen voor toegang parkeerrgarage ook. Ik waardeer de bezorgheid naar aanleiding van mijn vraag over milieusticker auto voor Rouen (bleek niet echt nodig). Ideale locatie om Rouen en omstreken te verkennen. Bedden waren prima, goede voorzieningen in keuken (inclusief vaatwasser) en ook internet werkte goed. Voor ons viertjes een heerlijke start van de vakantie in Normandië!

Alles was prima. Alleen miste er een droogrek, wat misschien handig is (zeker omdat er ook een wasmachine aanwezig is).

Hat alles gepasst.

Vermieterin (Helene) und Lage Spitze. Supermarkt und Bäcker jeweils in weniger als 5 Min. zu erreichen. Altstadt 10 Min. Der kleine Garten und die nahen Parks sind ideal für Leute mit Hund. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist direkt um die Ecke (Durchfahrtshöhe 2 m!!!). Zum Ein- und Ausladen kann man aber bis vor die Tür fahren. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Kaffeemaschine könnte mal erneuert werden.
