Great location, freshly renovated, but for a short stay.

Very central right behind the old market. Nicely renovated, everything new and easy check in. Great communication with the host!

There are still some things missing in the apartment like ventilators, muskitonets, closets to put your clothes and I would have appreciated a dryer, because it's hard to dry your laundry in 1 day inside. The rainshower is nice, but open and wets up the entire floor. I would recommend to place a showercurtain. It was very hot and there were some people making crazy noise untill 7 am in the morning, so we only slept about 3 hours a night. We understand we are in the center, but this was too much. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator, so don't bring big suitcases. The bedroom upstairs has no door, so not a lot of privacy. The second bedroom is connected with the bathroom, so any time we had to go to the toilet we had to wake up the person who was sleeping there. The video room is nice, but the screen for the projector is small and not really well set, so we didn't use it. Furthermore we loved how the place was freshly renovated and located right in the heart of Rouen. I would recommend the place for a couple or with 1 child and for short stays, like 3 days, to visit the city center of Rouen like the church of Jean D'arc and The Notre Dame. I would personally change the videoroom into a children's bedroom and use the other room as a videoroom/ laundry/ - closet room. With these adjustments and some better security around the building I would definitely come back.

On rentre dans le logement et direct odeur de tabac dans tout l'appart Mégot de cigarette sous la table basse Ménage très sommaire ,les poussières sont pas faites ,rideaux cassés à demi sur la tringle, mobiliers cassés 3 chaises pour un logement de 5 Siphon du lavabo qui fuit dans le placard au dessous. Dosettes de café déjà utilisées Quelques Couverts et verres sales Bouillir resté avec de l'eau (moisissure) Le kit de bain insuffisant (convient pour 1 personne)

Enfer

Le code de la boîte à clés ne fonctionne pas. Ou la boîte ne fonctionne pas. Nous avons dormi de ce fait à 5 dans une voiture. J+1 aucun retour du propriétaire ni de la deuxième personne à contacter. Ni de booking d’ailleurs. On m’a tout de même prélevé la nuit. Cher pour dormir dans une voiture.

Problèmes de communication avec l'établissement et ménage à revoir

L'emplacement, à deux pas du vieux marché.

Nous avons contacté l'établissement la veille de notre checkin pour demander s'il y avait un lit parapluie car nous voyagions avec deux enfants en bas âge et nous n'avons pas eu de réponse malgré les plusieurs messages. En arrivant à l'établissement il n'y avait que 3 serviettes de bain et aucune serviette de toilette, pour une réservation pour 5 personnes. Nous avons dû contacter le responsable et chercher nous mêmes les serviettes, sans succès, nous avons dû nous débrouiller avec 3. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière dans les coins de l'appartement, au niveau des rideaux et sous le canapé et lit. Le volet du velux de la chambre double ne fermait pas correctement. Quelqu'un dans le bâtiment donnait une soirée le vendredi et le bruit était très dérangeant jusqu'à 2h du matin (nous savons que ce n'est pas de la responsabilité de l'établissement, mais ce n'est pas ce qu'on attend quand on voyage avec des enfants).

Nos enviaron un codigo errado para abrir la cajilla donde se encontraba la llave y cuando llamamos a preguntar inicialmente dijo que estaba correcta y luego dijo que llamaba en 2 minutos, Nos toco esperar afuera hasta que nos envio un mensaje con la clave correcta. Creimos que habian mas camas, pero al final solo habia una cama doble y una cama sencilla y un sofa no muy comodo. Toda sacar la basura
