Great location for visiting Rouen

Location was excellent within 10-15 minute walk to sites, restaurants, and sites. Having a parking spot was a plus.

Needs some maintenance/updating; water pressure was low; toilet seat was very loose, front door latch needs repair. An information packet on use of TV and appliances would be helpful.

The apartment was very clean and bright, situated in a perfect position for exploring Rouen, it offered everything we needed for our short stay. The bed was a great size and super comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with the essentials and the garage was a blessing as our car was loaded for a road trip.

Great location

Great Location.p, easy walk to town. Nice apartment with plenty of space for a single traveller. I appreciated the fans for summer. The kitchen was well equipped. It was quiet as the windows were well insulated, so even when there was some noise coming from the near tabac it wasn’t a problem. The area felt very safe.

I found the bed a bit hard and I echo what others said about the water pressure. It was perfectly fine though for a shower. You can hear the sound from the apartment above, when I was there, they must have built up the sofa bed about midnight. If I had stayed longer I would have simply asked them to do it earlier.

Great stay, easy acces and comfortable appartment, good beds. It was quite hot and most appartments in France do not have an airconditioning but there was a aircooler which helped cooling down a bit. Close to the center and musea, a small parc is nearby. Very nice for a visit to Rouen Garage under the appartment, very convenient!!

The water pressure overall, in the kitchen and the shower. And at 1.90 I couldn't stand under the shower head.

Cosy place in good location

Good location in a quiet area yet very close to everything. Kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed having early breakfasts at home.

Water pressure is low and you need more time for showering (especially if you have long hair)

Very nice, light airy apartment. Close to all the sights. Friendly host. Would def stay again.

Nothing really ....but if you're my partner's height (5 feet 2 inches) or shorter you may find it difficult to reach the key box. No problem for me at 6 feet. Also, if your car is as long and longer than our BMWX5 then you won't (quite) be able to close the garage door. Still very nice to have access to the garage though.

Good location. Has private parking but for euro 15 a night, which isn’t specified in the listing

Insufficient hot water, blinds don’t keep the light out. Very noisy even with windows closed, can hear neighbours. No aircon. Very small. Sofa beds are designed for infants

It was an adequate solution for a one-night stay.

This apartment was in a very good, quiet location, in close walking distance to the city attractions. The host also offers space for parking a car in an enclosed garage right next to the apartment for a reasonable price. She worked hard to accommodate garage space availability with our arrival and departure schedule. The accommodation includes a bathroom, bedroom, and living room/kitchen area, and there was a clothes washing machine.

There was limited ambiance to the apartment; it was just utilitarian, it didn’t feel “homey.” There was just a tiny bit of dilute liquid soap left in a bottle in the bathroom area. The separate toilet area was small.

Superb

Lovely first floor flat in a quiet neighbourhood of the old town not far from the station. Nicely decorated, it feels like a home. We enjoyed the coffee machine and the pods provided. We paid for the private parking and forgot about the car; we did everything on foot. Corinne is an excellent host, very quick to respond to any queries. We would be happy to return in the future.

Lovely, Well-Appointed Rouen Apartment

The location of the apartment is great -- very close to the main sites of Rouen. The main bed was large and comfortable. We also appreciated having the washer to do laundry. The added bonus was the coffee machine with pods included. Very welcome after a full day of sightseeing!

In retrospect, the apartment was a bit too small for our family of four. The two pull-out sofas took up the entire living room when they were open. If you like more space for your family, I recommend a larger apartment. But for a couple or a family with a small child, it would be perfect!

We stayed for 2 nights - 2 kids- to explore Rouen and it’s surrounding. Great location, you can reach on food all the top highlights easily. Clean and well equipped, everything what you need for your stay. Plus is possibility to rent a garage, which is very handy if you travel by car.

Het appartement was goed gelegen , dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Alles was er en alles was proper. We konden de garage beneden huren voor 15 euro per nacht en dat was ook gemakkelijk .

De badkamer vonden we wat minder . Uit de douche kwam een heel klein straaltje water ......
