Well-located and enjoyable stay

The host gave us very clear instructions how to reach the property, how to find the keys, how to open the doors and park the car. It was very convenient that we just collect the keys in the box, because we could arrive at any time we wanted. The host also tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible, such as late check out. The place was very clean and comfortable, and location was in walking distance from the center.

The person on the phone did not speak English. But they were very responsive on the app.

Well, we didn’t understood to be honest why are people left the bad reviews. It was happy staying...from the first minute of contact the host. Maybe it was just our experience, but it was really great! Thank you, Vincent for keep in touch all the time, thanks for a clean great apartment (much better in a live that on the photos btw) No noise (as for in comments), nothing bad or strange. If was super warm and super clean apartment for a super price. We rented before some apartment in a France and we have experience. We wish come back in one day there. Thank one more time and Happy New Year!

a nice flat but very noisy

While the appartment itself is quite fine, the location is more then problematic. if you look for a place to sleep the night away, stay off here. the appartment is located on the ground floor. during the day there is a permanent noise from the next door construction site. during the night, it is either the inhouse neighbours having a party until very late or just quarrelling, or it is some dude stopping just in front of your sleeping room (window to the road) to yell for half an hour or longer into his mobile phone. windows and curtains closed won't protect you. I woke up every single night three to four times...

It is quite a big apartment located near the old center, shops, supermarkets and a mall. Free parking provided.

From the moment we entered the property we felt an unpleasant and persistent smell like in an old house. The kitchen even though is equipped it has very old tableware and pans. We could nearly sleep because of the noise, this was probably due to location but also due to poor windows.

een mooie afsluiting van onze roadtrip door normandie en bretagne

De host bood telefonische hulp bij het openen van het kluisje waar de sleutel inzat. Het verblijf heeft luiken waardoor we 2 ochtenden heerlijk konden uitslapen, de badkamer was pas vernieuwd, wat een luxe, met extra grote handdoeken! De wifi was prima! Hoewel de keuken zeer compleet was hebben we daar amper gebruik van gemaakt. We voelden ons veilig omdat er camera's rondom de accommodatie geplaatst zijn. Ja best een optie om er terug te keren.

de grand parking was wel een beetje klein! Achteruit inparkeren lukte ons niet zo goed. bij binnenkomst hing er een vreemde geur in het halletje, afkomstig van de waterboiler. de bevoorrading van de supermarkt ernaast gebeurde 's nacht, helaas met erg veel kabaal!

Non male ma migliorabile

L'appartamento è spazioso e il bagno attrezzato e confortevole. Buona la posizione che permette di raggiungere il centro di Rouen in 15 minuti a piedi. Utile il parcheggio anche se sono necessarie diverse manovre per sistemare l'auto.

Abbiamo trovato il letto molto scomodo. Secondo me sarebbe necessario un materasso più rigido, poi magari va a gusti. L'appartamento è al piano terra e dà sulla strada quindi è molto rumoroso.
