Lovely comfortable apartment

Recommend for small families/couples

The residence is well situated near ( short walk) the city centre but not in it. This was a plus for us since we were there during the fête estivale where live music was playing until midnight - we did not hear it at all. The unit was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed.

There was a heat wave while we were there (33C) and the residence is very warm if you do not open the windows. With the windows open everything is fine. As advertised you must be able bodied and must carry your luggage up 2 flights of narrow steps - this was not an issue for us

Very conveniently located in the historical centre of Rouen, on the right bank of Seine. Perfect for anyone wishing to explore the city or, indeed, Normandy, as the train station is 5 minutes away. Highly recommended!

A great base for exploring Rouen!

Location was good, not far from train station, and not too far from the main things to see, but not close enough that it was noisy.

There was some noise on the street in the early hours of the morning (not the owner's fault, obviously). The windows might be a bit on the thinner side, but this was only noticeable a few times. Mostly very quiet and safe.

A nice stay to explore Rouen

A small but comfortable apartment with private garage parking near city center. We appreciated the kitchen facilities, seating area, separate bathroom area. Bright with large windows.

The stovetop was a bit confusing to use, and 1 burner did not work. My wife found the hide-a-bed couch a bit uncomfortable to sit on (though I liked it).

This was an excellent apartment, quiet and easy to locate within walking distance of the town centre. Pull out beds in living room were comfortable and easy to assemble. Host was easy to contact and very responsive to requests, would absolutely recommend!

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la gare et du centre historique, on peut tout faire à pied. Lumineux, spacieux et agréable, il est très bien pour un séjour en famille. L'hôte s'est montrée très arrangeante et réactive pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux.

Escolha perfeita

Adoramos o apartamento, tudo novinho, muito limpo e bem cuidado. A cama era bem confortável, chuveiro quente e com bastante água. Fomos com duas filhas adolescentes, que ficaram bem acomodadas nos sofás-cama da sala. A máquina de lavar roupas foi extremamente útil, e os cafés variados à disposição foram uma delicadeza a mais. Por fim, a localização é perto de todas as atrações turísticas da cidade.

Não foi um problema para nós, mas o apartamento não é adequado para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção ou que não consigam transportar suas bagagens pela escada, que é estreita.

Schöner Platz in Rouen

In einem unscheinbaren Haus mit einer etwas steilen Treppe liegt diese sehr schöne, helle Wohnung, die viel Platz bietet. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Ideal als Paar. Sehr gut auch die zentrale Lage, nur ca. 10 Gehminuten zur Kathedrale bzw. Place de Vieux-Marche. Trotzdem nachts sehr leise.

Rue relativement calme et appartement proche du centre ville, environ 10 min à pied de la cathédrale. Le lieu est fidèle aux photos transmises et les informations pour l'arrivée étaient très claires. Equipement sur place suffisant pour un séjour en famille.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in Bahnhofsnähe

Große, helle, schöne Wohnung, Nähe Bahnhof. Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erkundbar. Wir durften trotz früher Anreise zu Mittag schon hinein, angenehme und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Viele Möglichkeiten dank zweier Couches.

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Das Bett war für uns etwas kurz. Steile Stiege in den 2. Stock.

Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione e la dotazione della casa.

Il lavabo del bagno, che è molto piccolo e scomodo. Sarebbe stato comodo trovare tutti i letti già pronti, anziché apparecchiarli. I tre letti pieghevoli sono stati preparati da noi. Solo quello matrimoniale era già pronto.

Proximité de la gare sncf. des commerces et des points à visiter. La photo correspond exactement au logement.

Il faut absolument entrer dans 102 rue jeanne d'arc (ancien lieu de détention de jeanne d'arc) en semaine et pas comme nous le.dimanche. c'est maintenant occupé par des.dentistes.

Schöne helle Wohnung in einem Altbau in ruhiger und guter Lage von Rouen.

Die Unterkunft lag sehr ruhig.Es war sehr sauber und hell.Modernes neues Bad.Parken in den Seitenstraßen ist möglich.Bahnhof und Sadtzentrum mit Altstadt sowie die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten (z B Kathedrale)sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.Schneller und freundlicher Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden die Unterkunft wieder wählen!

Etwas enger Treppenaufgang im Flur zur 2.Etage.Es handelt sich um einen Altbau,den der Gastgeber top hergerichtet hat.
