Great appartment in central Rouen

Good location. 10 minutes from station; central for main Rouen sites; Close to amenities and restaurants, cafes and bars; Area appartment is in was good to walk around at night.

Kitchenette could have done with a larger saucepan. Pillows were a little uncomfortable for me.

Great option for a chill weekend at Rouen, would recommend

Location is perfect, access was easy, communication with the host was okay and quick, there was a place for luggage until check in, room was nice and clean, there were kitchen supplies, the bed was good also. Nearby, there are some excellent places to have a snack, a drink or a meal. Rouen is beautiful.

Bathroom door could be of a better quality- it didn't quite close, check-in time is very late. While texting, all the hosts responses were in French, so it was a bit of a hustle to translate. Location can be a bit noisy at night.

Perfect location - 3 minute walk to Place du Vieux-Marché which has tons of restaurants and shops, and most importantly, convenient and well-lit underground parking.

The location is the best. Good shower. Excellent facilities for a tiny place. Couch bed ok. Fairly good communication with host. Replaced jug that didn’t work quickly.

Nice place, convinient, could be better

Great location, quiet area even if we are very close to bars restaurants and city center, perfect for a short stay, nice.

Not perfectly clean, shower clogged with a bit of a smell, the pictures make the apartment look better than it actually is. We can hear everything from the room next to us (but everybody was quiet, we appreciate it)

Comfortable, convenient, affordable stay

Location perfect - easy walk to train and located in historic area. Area is in transition and populated by students, working people, interesting new businesses - a wonderful quiet restaurant a block away for delicious dinners or lunches( Restaurant la Brigade), central market a block away if you want to use the well appointed kitchenette in the room. Bed was comfortable. Wifi iffy despite the efforts of the host- but the service was spotty on the entire street so not in his control. Bathroom was clean , and functional.

Nothing that bothered me. It is located in a rehab of a médiéval building - the entire district is very old so folks are doing their best to create modern living conditions in a neighborhood built for medieval life. If that bothers you don’t stay. I was quite satisfied and got a great feeling for daily life in Rouen during my stay.

A convenient location and was fine for a couple of nights but quite disappointing

The property is in a great location and has a comfortable bed.

There was an issue accessing the property due to being provided with the wrong code for the lockbox multiple times. I booked this place as it said it had a washer/dryer, however they weren’t located in the apartment itself and due to poor communication with the host I was only told an hour before check out that they’re on the second floor, so I was unable to use them. There was only about 3 minutes worth of hot water in the shower before it turned very cold. The cutlery wasn’t very clean and the kettle was full of limescale.

Central, comfortable and well organised

Very well thought out and well presented. Small but comfortable and everything in good condition. Excellent location near the market and my room had a view of the cathedral spire. Sofa bed perfectly comfortable. Heating and wifi worked well.

Very minor: a shelf in the bathroom would have been very helpful as there isn't much space. Some late night noise from other residents. Instructions to work coffee machine would be useful.

Strategic Location Very clean Well organized

The flat is very small once the bed sofa was open it took the entire space so no room to move or to open the luggage It does not fit three people and this was not clear for us. The loft with the Queen bed is really low and you need to sneak to go to sleep

De locatie, het bed, het gebouw, de stad, de eigenaren, de bagage kluizen, de communicatie en alles wat er in het keukentje aanwezig was aan spullen was top!! Lekker dik dekbed. Heel blij met alles!!

Dat is maar 1 ding. In de kamer Romantique, daar is het een goed idee om even naar de douche te kijken. De regen douche doet het maar half ( moet ontkalkt worden) en de hang douche die zit niet lekker in de houder ( valt eruit) dus blijft niet hangen, dus je moet hem vast houden terwijl je onder de regendouche staat zodat je voldoende nat wordt. Verder was alles echt heel fijn!

Wohnung gebucht seit 4 Monate, 2 E-Mails vorher getäuscht über die Möglichkeit mein Koffer vorher zu bringen, mit Antwort. Am Tag kam eine Email um 15.30, um zu informieren, dass die Whg leider kein Warmwasser hat, mit Empfehlung zu stornieren. Der Zugang mit Code sollte ich ab 17 Uhr bekommen. Ich war sehr enttäuscht so kurzfristig zu erfahren, dass ich die Whg nicht bekomme. Ich hab ein Hotel für viel mehr Geld gebucht, mein Koffer geholt und storniert.

Прекрасное расположение, аппараты на тихой уютной улице,но вместе с тем в 2-х мин ходьбы от центральной площади,где когда то сожгли Жанну Дарк. В квартире есть все необходимое, кухня оборудована отлично. Немного прохладно,но это кому как) Сам городок очень уютный,все достопримечательности в пешей доступности.
