The keys were all there.
The instructions to get into the property were extremely poor. At this property the address given leads into a coaching court yard. No directions from the key holders which security door to enter, there are several, and no flat number to go to. There is one property in this appartement 'block', the rest are residential. An instruction note is a must. Consequently the managers of the property are at fault here.

Het appartement ligt op een fijne locatie. Niet midden in de drukte van het centrum, maar wel op vijf minuten lopen van de binnenstad. Het personeel was goed bereikbaar voor vragen.
Ten eerste was het niet prettig dat je de sleutels van het appartement op een andere locatie moet ophalen. Hier kwamen wij pas achter op het moment dat we al voor het appartement stonden. Dit had beter gecommuniceerd kunnen worden. Ten tweede was er geen gordijn in de woonkamer. Hierdoor werd degene die op de slaapbank sliep iedere ochtend heel vroeg wakker en warmde het appartement ontzettend snel op. Ten slotte was het appartement niet overal even hygiënisch; kalk in gootsteen, haren in het bad en nagels op de bank.
