Appartement proche gare avec garage

el departamento es muy lindo y tiene todas las comodidades que necesitas para una ruta de viaje (como la lavadora y cocina amplia), nosotros solo estuvimos ahi una noche y fue todo muy cómodo, el anfitrión muy amable nos contactó antes, para coordinar la llegada con las indicaciones y después, para agradecernos por nuestra estancia. Lo mejor de todo es que tiene estacionamiento ahí mismo. El lugar tiene una buena ubicación, para quienes nos gusta recorrer a pie las ciudades, puedes bajar al centro sin problemas, la subida cuesta un poco más pero lo normal.

nos costó entender un poco las indicaciones para llegar al departamento y al estacionamiento, pero al final lo logramos. Creo que se podría detallar aún más el plano para saber donde hay que estacionar y como entrar al depto. Pero como llegamos con tiempo no fue tanto problema :)

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and clean, modern in layout with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The communication, back and forth, from the host was good. Initial directions given with access information, timely and comprehensive. We arrived at the garage, which is at the back of the property, via a narrow lane which we knew wasn't an issue for our motorbike. We were able to get into the apartment through the back of the garage. Once settled in, we were able to walk downhill to the railway station which has a small supermarket, bars and restaurants and near the museum quarter. We found we could use the apartment as a base to discover Rouen on foot though it is a longish uphill walk back. It is on a bus route though which could be a bonus.

The building is situated beside an intersection with pedestrian crossings on both roads. Therefore traffic noise can be heard, though we thought the route was not excessively busy and overall it is quieter at night.

parking garage is hard to find, according to the navigation, we did not see clear instructions on the street. Need to ask someone to lead us to the right parking garage.

Disponibilità del proprietario ma ..

Putroppo il check in era Indicato dalle 15 ma non siamo potuti arrivare prima delle 17 su istruzioni del proprietario. Abbiamo quindi modificato i programmi e siamo arrivati la sera. Stradina buia e accesso al garage difficoltoso. Nel garage c’era uno stendino di panni stesi e ancora bagnati e senza toglierlo sarebbe stato impossibile parcheggiare anche una 500 Fiat Nell’appartamento non c’era un buon odore come pure nell’armadio . Le lenzuola erano macchiate e in bagno c’era dell’acqua nel pavimento forse dovuta ad una perdita della lavatrice
