Overall it was quiet and comfortable, we recommend this place

lots of clean towels, full coffee machine - we enjoyed delicious coffee in the morning. A family of 4 fit perfectly in the room!

Wonderful house and stylish appartment with good location.

The appartment is located close to the train station and the old town. It has a cosy and nice atmosphere and we loved the coffee!

The pillows were for us too big and tough. Very little space on the 2nd floor where the bed is located. Since we stayed only one night, it was no issue for us.

la tv chambre tout en allemand et la tv u sejour bloquee cause message abonnement bbox message impayece qui precise pas tv , cafetiere jamais fonctionnee, eau douche gelée , pas asse lumiere ni e quoi cuisiner , cuisine tres a l etroit , micro one hauteur des geants. pour l ouverture portail tres compliquer a ouvrir il faut forcer en poussant , mon fils s est blesse a la main limite a la veine .pas rembarde pour se tenir pour monter a la chambre , lunette wc cassée et rembarde mezanine enommagée mais pour celle ci et la lunette wc nous avons ete prevenus si tout cela n aurait pas eu lieu le sejour aurait ete beaucoup plus agreable

Das Haus ist eine Baustelle mit Baulärm und Gefahr durch herunterfallenden Bauschutt sowie Kabel etc. im Eingangsbereich und Flur! Das Appartement ist nicht wie beschrieben: die Treppe zum oberen Bett ist nicht sicher, das obere Geländer wackelt, Bett und Sofa sind dreckig, es stinkt nach Duftstäbchen, der Kühlschrank ist kaputt, die Spüle im Bad zu klein … am ersten Tag war kein Strom mehr, der Vermieter hat nichts unternommen, wir mussten eine neue Unterkunft suchen und bis heute behauptet der Vermieter, wir wären nicht angereist, wir warten auf den Betrag über 800€ und haben den Vermieter in F und D angezeigt!

La bâtisse est superbe, mais elle était entourée d’échafaudage !

Le lit de la mezzanine était inutilisable, nous avons donc dû dormir sur le canapé-lit. Les équipements manquent malheureusement d’entretien et de qualité.

Équipement complet, propre et calme agréable proche du centre ville et accès train métro bus

Quelques travaux de réparations sont à refaire barricade mal fixées assez dangereux, lustre qui pendouille ,table basse cassée, un cadre non fixé , porte salle de bain avec des coup de poing dedans à changé des petits détails qui font que c est dommage!!! Sinon joli petit appart

Das Haus war richtig schön und unser Appartment total schnuckelig. Wir waren zu viert und da muss ich sagen, empfand ich es für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu klein. Wir hatten einen kurzen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Total zentral. Parken kann man um die Ecke im Bahnhofsparkhaus für ca. 15€ pro Tag.

Einige Gegenstände waren etwas mitgenommen, haben uns aber in keiner Form eingeschränkt oder gestört.

Расположение в центре города, рядом паркинг. Чистое постельное белье и теплые одеяла, красивый вид из окна, интересный интерьер. Было чисто в туалете и чистые полы.

Интерьер интересный, но все уже такое подуставшее, особенно на кухне. На стенах были пятна сырости. Очень низки потолок на втором этаже. Не смогли включить батарею, не нашли инструкцию, было очень холодно в комнате (но одеяла теплые). Очень маленькая ванная комната, раковиной пользоваться нереально, даже зубы не почистить.

De passage à Rouen, pied-à-terre pratique pour un service minimum.

Le studio est très bien placé, proche de la gare et du centre-ville. Pas de difficultés à se garer dans la rue ou au parking de la gare. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Literie très confortable. Quartier très calme.

La salle de bain/toilettes est exiguë et n’a pas de chauffage indépendant. La mezzanine (et non la chambre) a un escalier très raide (appartement parfait pour un couple comme nous mais peut être dangereux avec des enfants).
