Excellent stop-over, will use again

Very clean and thoughtfully laid out with easy-to-follow instructions, controllable heating, opening windows and a nice view. Appreciated having a kettle and a lovely shower. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Steep roof, constant awareness of head throught apartment, and the free parking is actually first-come-first-serve on street parking so time of arrival matters....if after people return from work it gets a bit tense, but we did find parking in the rain and managed our suitcase over the wide pavement absolutely fine.

Exceptional studio with everything you need for an enjoyable stay

Amazing studio apartment. Everything has been well thought out for an easy stay even down to washing up liquid and sponge. Very comfortable and clean. Large shower and plenty of towels. Even had an iron and ironing board if you needed it. Accessing the property was very easy and efficient. Amazing value for money.

Clean and comfy top floor apartment in easy reach of the centre of Rouen

Beautifully clean and comfortable, easy free on-street parking nearby. 15 minute walk to restaurants and shops in the historic centre.

We bumped our heads several times on the sloping ceiling - apartment C is right up in the roof! And it would benefit from a little more furniture, for example a bedside table on both sides of the bed instead of just one side, and a shelf beside the sink for toiletries

Cozy & clean apartment within walking distance from the city center

Arriving, don't be irritated by the fact that from the outside, it looks like the house has seen better days. Not sure if this is on purpose or if Sébastien, the very friendly host, just hasn't gotten around to working on it yet. Because he did a great job on the inside, the apartment (I had apartment C in the attic) is freshly renovated, very clean, beautifully done and cozy. I found (free) parking on the street just a few meters away from the house, and you can walk to old town Rouen in about 10 to 15 min. So a definite recommendation! Unfortunately, there was a bit of a situation with the people staying downstairs, but Sébastien was quick to reply to messages which helped ease my mind.

A bit of silverware and a couple of plates would be awesome, and a mini fridge and a fan would be a great addition as the attic gets really warm in the summer.

Le très très bon plan sur Rouen

Très agréable studio avec une salle de douche immense et des toilettes séparées. Le lit et le canapé lit sont très confortables. Tout ce qu'il faut pour petit déjeuner et déjeuner/diner sur le pouce. Vous ne pourrez pas "cuisiner", il y a une bouilloire, un micro-onde et un mini réfrigérateur. Très jolie vue sur Rouen et sa cathédrale. Tout était impeccablement prêt pour notre arrivée et bravo à la personne qui fait le ménage, c'était nickel. Nous reviendrons !

Rouen in zwei Tagen

Wir waren in Wohnung C mit Blick über die Stadt. Besonders abends und beim Sonnenaufgang war der Blick aus dem Fenster schön. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für heißere Tage gab es einen Ventilator. Die Dusche ist sehr groß gewesen. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Wir waren zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat seine Hilfe bei Rückfragen angeboten. Ein Aufenthalt kommt für einen Kurztrip in Frage.

Die Eingangstür ist schwer zu öffnen und die Treppe zum Zimmer ist steil und sehr eng, große Koffer passen schlechter durch. Super wäre es gewesen, wenn der Minikühlschrank ein Gefrierfach gehabt hätte. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schwierig. Es stehen zwar öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung, man sollte jedoch nicht zu spät kommen, dann sind alle weg. Es ist eher ein Zimmer mit Bad und kein Appartement. Gastgeber bietet im Tausch gegen eine 10/10-Bewertung einen 20% Rabatt an.

Séjour très agréable quand même :-)

J'avais choisi l'emplacement car il était proche de mon lieu de réunion. J'ai apprécié la propreté de la chambre et la réactivité du propriétaire quand il y a eu un problème à la douche. J'ai apprécié aussi son ouverture à mes suggestions. La literie est très confortable.

L'impossibilité de trouver un stationnement proche de la chambre: transporter des bagages pour 3 nuits, c'est compliqué. Il s'agit d'une grande chambre et pas d'un appartement comme mentionné. Il y a un micro ondes, une bouilloire électrique et un minuscule frigo format minibar sans compartiment freezer ce qui rend impossible de stocker ses pains de glace. Il n'y a ni couvert ni assiettes et une seule minuscule poubelle. Il n'y a pas de table de chevet ni de lampe de chevet donc pas moyen de lire au lit et se relever la nuit est périlleux. Le bruit de la rue est assez difficile à supporter car il n'y a pas de double vitrage dans la chambre. Donc boules quies la dernière nuit. Je n'aime pas le système des boîtes à clés qui permet de ne jamais croiser ses hôtes mais ça tend hélas à se généraliser.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Rouen a piedi

Ottima posiziona, a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale e a 10 minuti dal Centro. Buona pulizia. Doccia molto ampia. Checkin e checkout in autonomia perfetto, le chiavi si ritirano sul posto inserendo la combinazione. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa.

Mancava qualche sedia nella stanza. Dalle foto su Booking può sembrare che ci sia una cucina, ma è presente solo un bollitore e un forno a microonde.

Het appartement is geweldig. Groot, schoon, op loopafstand van het centrum.

Parkeren moet op straat. Wij waren op doorreis van een camping in het zuiden naar huis en hadden alleen een klein koffertje met benodigdheden voor overnachting uit de auto gehaald en de meest waardevolle spullen. Helaas is onze hele auto leeggeroofd. De buurt is helaas niet veilig genoeg om een vol bepakte auto een nachtje te laten staan.

Très decus de notre séjour.

Aucune place pour se garer(800 m plus loin); La porte exterieure super difficile à ouvrir(15 mn). Aucune clé pour les toilettes ni pour la salle de bain. Et ne surtout ne pas enlever vos chaussures pour marcher pieds nus sinon ils ressortent noirs comme du charbon.
