Lovely apartment, highly recommend

Charming apartment with stylish interior. Quiet location at a 10 min walk to the old city center. The host was very helpfull and the instructions to get into the apartment were clear.

The sleeping couch is a bit too hard to our taste, but what to expect from a couch.. ;)

Served a purpose not amazing room presentation

Quite good location 5-10 minutes to centre

We were met with the tumble dryer on leaving the room absolutely boiling. Seen as we were only there one night we would have expected the sofa bed to be made up and not have to finished drying everything and make the bed ourselves. Also the parking isn’t amazing finally found somewhere but took a few attempts.

Unique apartment in Rouen

We liked the wooden floors, the building, the interior. It is located 10 minutes from the old part of town and parking is available in front of the house (though it is not free).

The apartment could benefit from a deep cleaning (windows, corners, under the bed, behind the sofa) and kitchen utensils need a stock up.

Spacious kitchen and good size of the apartment

Sofa was broken, bedsheets were not fresh with bad odour, same with shower towels. They were asking for the dishes to be washed but there were no kitchen towels.

The host was great,very friendly and the instructions for picking up the keys were clear.The appartment has enough room to accommodate a group of four for a short stay.

There was a bad smell in the bedroom,dampness of a sort.Not disturbing as long as the windows are open,but that's not possible throughout the night because of street noise.

Everything exceeded our expectations! The host was really nice and provided us with all the info needed to get into the apartment. The location is great, very close to the old town. Overall, we had a really nice staying and we highly recommend it to everyone who visits Rouen.

Worst place I've ever been, extremely dirty and poorly supplied, cutlery was all encrusted, let alone the bed linens' smell. Moreover the woman who introduced us in the flat was extremely unpleasant and impolite. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Even though the flat owner agreed for the early check in on Booking.com, the lady on whatsapp said she is not free at that time to give us the key and was somewhat inflexible. After some back and forth conversation she agreed to leave the key in the mailbox. The towels and bedsheets were very dirty. The light in the toilet did not work, so the only option was to leave the light in the corridor and the toilet door open. There was no aircon and no fan, so it was extremely hot in the apartment and difficult to sleep even with windows open.

Super ubytování za super cenu, určitě bych doporučila.

Ubytování bylo velmi prostorné a moderně zařízené. Bylo tam spoustu spotřebičů. Ubytování bylo i poměrně blízko centru města. Domluva a komunikace s hostitelem byla taky super.

Ubytování je docela daleko od vlakového nádraží, ale jezdí tam autobus.

très bel appartement situé vraiment parfaitement.

la localisation est parfaite le centre est vraiment juste a côté à pied et il est facile de se garer pas trop loin. l'appartement est grand pour 4 personnes et les lits sont confortables.
