it is at 4th floor appartment, but there is no light in the stairs when you get down , it is very dark at night time even in day time you need to pass through a corridor before get into the builiding, the corridor is very very dirty Wifi Password is wrong, but even you got the correct password, the speed is horrible. becuase the TV is using that wifi but i can't watch any smooth TV show or youtube or netflix

If you want to feel like you're part of history, this is the place for you! The building is historic, next to a square of historical significance for France. Super-elegant, conveniently placed close to everything you can imagine, I just wish we had had more time but we'll be back, I'm sure!

Great apartment with great views

The property was in the centre of Rouen which is great for exploring the city on foot. Close to bars and restaurants and a little supermarket. Pierre was great at communicating with us especially when the door was locked from the inside he was able to get us back in the apartment swiftly.

The stair to the apartment were steep and challenging with small children.

Logement insalubre malgré un fort potentiel

L’emplacement est bien et le logement, en lui-même, a un très beau potentiel. L’esthétique générale pourrait offrir une expérience agréable si tout était correctement entretenu.

Malheureusement, le séjour a été largement gâché. Le logement n’est clairement pas entretenu : la vaisselle était extrêmement sale, plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnaient pas (notamment le Wi-Fi et la télécommande), et surtout, mon ami a été couvert de gros boutons provoqués très probablement par des punaises de lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté l’établissement mais je n’ai reçu aucun retour. En relisant les autres commentaires, j’ai constaté que nous n’étions pas les premiers à signaler des piqûres, ce qui laisse penser que le propriétaire est au courant et ne fait rien pour résoudre le problème. En l’état, je déconseille fortement ce logement, qui est malheureusement insalubre malgré son potentiel évident.

En arrivant la porte d entrée de l immeuble était déjà ouverte, l entrée était très sale et lorsque je suis rentrée dans le loft j ai découvert un taudis : la vaisselle traînait, un couteau et des taches sur le plan de travail, des serviettes par terre et lit défait …Ai quitté de suite les lieux en informant Booking et le propriétaire que je demandais un remboursement intégral ( photos à l appui) j ai découvert aussi à ce moment que les derniers avis déposés sur Booking étaient très mauvais ( aucune hygiène, aucun nettoyage …) c est honteux de proposer un tel appartement sur Booking

L emplacement et le style du logement

De multiples boutons de grosse taille et qui m'ont démangé pendant 5 jours m'apparaissant sur le corps durant les 4 nuits passées. Malgré une communication régulière avec le propriétaire, nous nous étions entendus sur un dédommagement raisonnable, pas de nouvelles depuis lundi soir, génial. Un temps incommensurable perdu à essayer de régler ce préjudice à l'amiable, séjour gâché par ce problème du a je ne sais quoi, les draps, des punaises ou araignées ou autre dans le lit, j aurais voulu que ce problème se règle autrement. Photos à l'appui. Je n'en poste que 4 faute de place pour en mettre d'autres.

L'appartement est bien décoré et agréable. Très bien situé dans Rouen pour le shopping dans la journée.

Très bruyant et odeur de friture émanant du restaurant. Peu sécurisé car la porte de l'immeuble est déverrouillée la nuit. La nuit du samedi soir a été insupportable car des jeunes ont fait du bruit toute la nuit dans la location du dessous et dans l'escalier qui mène à l'appartement.

L'appartamento si trova a due passi dal cuore della città. Posizione veramente ottima, fronte la piazza del mercato e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale

Scomodo arrivarci con le valigie, senza ascensore e con gli scalini piccoli. Pulizia inesistente, tanta polvere nel pavimento inoltre al nostro arrivo c'era la finestra del bagno aperto dal quale entravano gli odori della cucina che si trovava al di sotto. Inoltre abbiamo trovato due soli asciugamani corpo per 3 persone

Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahezu perfekt. Das Fachwerkhaus hat gewisses Flair. Die Wohnung selbst sieht sehr stylish aus - der erste Eindruck ist gut. Auch war die Wohnung sauber.

Das Apartment benötigt aber hier und da Nachbesserungen. Als erstes aufgefallen - der völlig vereiste Gefrierfach. Da passt praktisch nichts hin - alles voll Eis und "Schnee". Danach, beim Ausklappen des Sofas stellte sich fest, dass die Liegefläche nicht eben gestellt werden kann. Auf Nachfrage hat der Gastgeber nicht reagiert. Enttäuschend ist, dass mehrere Gäste vor uns die gleichen Mängel schon erwähnt haben. Anscheinend interessiert es den Besitzer gar nicht. Wir haben dies vor der Buchung leider nicht geprüft. Die Matratze, die wir aus dem Sofa herausgenommen haben um einfach dann auf dem Fußboden zu liegen war auch... nicht ganz sauber. Des Weiteren - das Badezimmer. Auch hier sehr schön aussehend mit einem aber - Das Bad hat keinen Vorhang oder Schutzwand. Beim Duschen ist somit alles rundherum nass. Die hölzerne Fensterbank zeigt bereits erste Wasserschäden auf. Schade, denn man hat hier einiges investiert. Die letzte Kleinigkeit - die Armatur am Spülbecken - die ist leicht undicht, wodurch die Arbeitsplatte an der Stelle immer nass ist. Die Treppe in die vierte Etage ist ziemlich schmal - große Koffer wird man mit Mühe schleppen können.

Le istruzioni per l'accesso prevedevano una serie di passaggi attraverso due porte che in realtà rimangono aperte. La scala di accesso è molto sporca. Purtroppo anche la pulizia dell'appartamento è scarsa: biancheria da bagno e da letto poca, consumata e macchiata e scolorita, cuscini ingialliti e sporchi. Vetri sporchi, soprattutto quello del soppalco. Materasso del letto matrimoniale scomodo e sfondato. Tappo della vasca rotto e cornice del troppo pieno staccata e buttata dentro la vasca. Peccato, perché l'appartamento è in una posizione invidiabile e basterebbe una rinfrescata per renderlo più accogliente

- Kühlschrank hat bei 30° im Schatten nicht gekühlt - Matratze ist mehr als durch gelegen - Duschen geht nur sitzend in der Badewanne - die Toilette hat gestunken - Überall staubig… Alle Flächen - Das Sofa war nicht zu benutze, es war so staubig, dass man sich nicht mal draufsetzen wollte

Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial mitten in der Stadt. Die Grösse war auch ok.

Ausstattung waren nicht ganz ok. Sofa bricht auseinander, Küche ist nicht für die Leute die kochen wollen geeignet. Entertainment sowie TV oder Internet funktionieren nicht. Man muss alles über Handy erledigen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in vierte Etage, ohne Aufzug und erreichbar über eine Enge und nicht saubere Treppenhaus. Für Menschen mit Behinderung oder Einschränkung ist die Wohnung nicht. Wir hatten kein Problem.

Localização. Tudo o resto foi terrível: casa suja, senhoria extremamente desagradável e camas muito desconfortáveis

A reserva para este apartamento foi feita para 4 pessoas. Quando chegámos ao apartamento, o apartamento estava apenas equipado para 2/3 pessoas. Tal como observável numa das imagens em anexo, existiam apenas 3 toalhas de banho disponíveis. Adicionalmente, havia apenas uma cama feita. Contactámos a senhoria da casa e ela foi extremamente desagradável, não apresentando nenhuma solução para o número de toalhas de banho disponíveis. Em relação à cama que não estava preparada, fomos informados de que tinha sido de propósito para que, se quiséssemos, pudéssemos usar o sofá antes de ir dormir - o que eu compreendo perfeitamente - e informou-nos em relação ao sítio onde estavam guardados os lençóis. Foi aí que nos deparámos com a situação apresentada na foto em anexo: os lençóis não estavam passados a ferro e estavam em muito más condições. Uma vez mais, a senhoria não apresentou qualquer solução e foi extremamente desagradável, dizendo apenas que os lençóis estavam limpos. Quanto a esta questão, torna-se bastante difícil de acreditar quando todo o resto da casa não estava devidamente limpa, inclusivamente, o ralo da banheira estava completamente cheio de cabelos de outros hóspedes (como observável nas imagens). No entanto, a sujidade da casa estava presente em todos os compartimentos, ao ponto de 3 das 4 pessoas não terem tido coragem de tomar banho, devido à sujidade de toda a casa, mesmo depois de uma longa viagem e de um dia de trabalho. A única pessoa que tomou banho achou o banho muito desconfortável, uma vez que para além de suja, a banheira não tinha qualquer proteção e a água saía para todos os lados. Também a louça da cozinha estava suja e as camas eram extremamente desconfortáveis. Não costumo fazer reviews negativas, mas este alojamento foi sem dúvida uma decepção e a pontuação não corresponde de todo àquilo com o qual nos confrontámos.
