One room in a shared tiny flat in central Rouen.

Very nice host, responsive. Room clean and nice old furniture vibe.

Warning: this is one room in a shared appartment! This was not made clear from the description and the photos. The bathroom and tiny kitchen are shared with another room, with no living room / lounge area. The entrance door and small lobby is also shared with the host who lives there (with his own separate area through a door). The walls are thin and you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms. The host was quiet but the other tenants were very noisy.

Central Rouen during a PSG celebration

Great location for a first visit to Rouen. The owner met with us at the agreed upon check in time, and clearly explained the house rules. Our bed was clean, comfortable and we had a great view of the church. Next time I will make sure PSG is not playing for the league cup. Saturday night was party central. A perfect excuse to celebrate.

No actual complaints about the property. It was exactly what we required. We had expected the 4th floor walk up. As others have mentioned, do not bring large luggage.

The room was nice with comfy beds and the whole place was clean and in a good location about 10 minutes from the city centre. The host was also very helpful and friendly. The bathroom and kitchen are shared but you wouldn't know.

A beautiful, comfortable centrally located apartment with everything you need for a few days! The room was comfortable and bright, with a great view, and the kitchen and bathroom (shared only with the people in the other room) clean and with everything you needed.

Charming accomodation - almost like a cosy little flat. Tea, coffee and cooking essentials all provided. Wonderful view and friendly host.

A lot of stairs (4th floor) though fine if you know and plan your day to reduce number of times you use them. Shared bathroom, but there is only one other room.

I am not a fan of shared batchroom but with only 2 bedrooms it went actually very smoothly. Also the separated toilets helps.

Romantic spot, simple kitchen and central, yet quiet location.

Location was perfect, I loved the layout of the room. Loooved that I could take a cup of tea or coffee free of charge in the morning, that adds a feeling of coziness and like home. (although i don't know who provided it haha)

I wish I got some information about the "reception" and entrance before getting there. I was quite confused, but found the nr of the host online and he buzzed me in. I recommend adding some information!

A quaint little hideaway in the heart of the old town.

This is a charming old-school place, just two rooms run by very welcoming host. It had antiques, personality, a cozy kitchen, a view of the cathedral and 78 winding wooden steps to get there.

This is not a complaint. But since I found it on Booking Buddy I was expecting a hotel with reception. Make sure you let the host know your arrival time so he can meet you.

4 flights of very narrow stairs without elevator. If I was aware of this I would book another place. Toilet was smaller than a chicken coop

I loved this place! Such a comfortable and authentic-feeling apartment, my room had little antique coffee-makers on a shelf and you could see St Ouen church from the window. A very friendly and helpful owner, this place is perfect to spend a few nights at when travelling solo. The bathroom was clean, in the kitchen there was tea and coffee. Overall, I had a lovely stay.

Everything was fine but the building doesn't have an elevator (as most old houses in town, I imagine), only stairs, so it's a good thing I came with a backpack only and no suitcase.

Apprendre sur place que je devais partager la salle de bain, cela change beaucoup de chose en terme de confort et d'organisation surtout quand on a des horaires à respecter. Cela devrait être mentionné plus clairement dans l'annonce et être pris en compte sur le prix de la chambre ! Les 4 étages sans ascenseurs devraient être signalésplus clairement également, la vue en vaut la peine !. Mais, moi j'ai été juste essoufflée mais pour des personnes plus en difficulté cela pourrait vraiment être une gêne importante.

Très bonne situation, chambre propre et confortable, bon rapport qualité-prix

Chambre individuelle mignonne comme tout et confortable, avec accès aux sanitaires communs (salle de bain nickel) avec petit coin cuisine, en plein centre historique de Rouen (donc proche de tout). Propreté irréprochable, chambre suffisamment spacieuse, Mention spéciale pour la vue sur l'abbatiale et la rue pavée sous l'immeuble. Le propriétaire est très réactif, sympathique et sérieux. Connexion wifi fiable.

Coin cuisine appréciable mais plus adapté aux routards solitaires car très exigu. Une machine expresso serait bienvenue. Menuiseries de la porte WC à rafraîchir.
