L’appartement est très bien situé

Impossible de dormir dans la mezzanine car la hauteur sous plafond est d’un mètre maximum et il y fait très chaud La douche est très abîmée, pas de rangement Pas assez de vaisselle, pas de poêle, 2 cuillères à café, assiettes trop grandes qui ne rentre pas dans le micro-ondes Four noir de graisses brûlées Pas assez d’équipement pour y séjourner Housse clic clac et coussins sales J’ai dû écourter mon séjour

Bagno terribile, mezzanino bassissimo, foto poco affidabili

Ottima posizione, di fronte al palazzo del municipio.

Sistemazione veramente malmessa. Dalle foto non si capisce bene, ma la camera da letto è in realtà un mezzanino (da qui il nome). Il problema è che per arrivarci si passa da una scala esposta che di notte è pericolosissima e che il mezzanino è alto a spanne un metro e trenta. Per andare a letto e uscirne bisogna gattonare. Il bagno è ai limiti dell'indecente. Non è un locale a parte, è separato dal locale cucina solo con una tenda ikea che non copre nemmeno tutta l'apertura. Il lavandino balla, ma vabbè. Il locale servizi ha una porta in compensato che non si chiude (e quindi da sala e cucina si sente tutto, perché non c'è separazione). In ogni caso, se anche la porta si potesse chiudere sarebbe inutile, perché la lucina con sensore di movimento non funziona (traballa per i primi 5 secondi) e quindi si starebbe al buio. La doccia ha una tenda non bellissima e una luce che non va, ma basta tenere tutto aperto e ci si può lavare. Non esistono finestre apribili, ma è il minore dei mali.

Appartamento in buona posizione comodo per parcheggiare e vicino al centro città

La casa è molto trasandata, il soppalco è basso ci si può stare solo in ginocchio, il letto è un materasso appoggiato per terra dove abbiamo trovato dei capelli, la scala che porta al soppalco è senza protezione quindi pericolosa, nel soggiorno/cucina c'è un divano letto macchiato e con alcune stecche rotte, il bagno è un open-space con il soggiorno/cucina non ha porta, il rubinetto del lavandino bagno è sgangherato e la stanzetta con il WC ha una porta che rimane aperta, in tutta la casa non c'è una finestra che si possa aprire.

Rouen war toll, die Unterkunft für 2 Nächte gerade so akzeptabel.

Interessantes Ambiente.

Tür zum WC liess sich nicht komplett schließen (5cm Spalt, Foto), dadurch Geruchsbelästigung. Licht in der Dusche funktionierte nicht. Wasserhahn wackelt und steht schief (Foto). Ungeeignete Küchenausstattung: nur zwei Gabeln für 4 Gäste! Dafür viele selten benötigte Utensilien (Viele Schneidemesser, Geflügelgabel,...) Schlafmöglichkeiten, Raumgrösse und Ausstattung eher für 2 Personen, für 4 Personen/Familie zu knapp. Das „ französische Bett“ auf der Hochebene ist eigentlich nur eine Matratze und zudem sehr schmal. Stehen kann man dort nicht, für einen Erwachsenen ist auch sitzen nur gerade so eben möglich. Die gezeigten Fotos suggerieren aufgrund der starken Weitwinkelperspektive viel Platz, die reale Situation wird nicht korrekt wiedergegeben! Das ist eher eine Irreführung! Im Bereich der Treppe uut Hochebene ist eine Lampe OHNE SCHUTZ abgevracht: es besteht die Gefahr (zB nachts) die Lampe versehentlich zu beschädigen und sich dabei zu verletzen (Foto)
