Trop moyen

La vue sur la seine. La luminosité de l'appartement.

La literie pas confortable du tout. Le nettoyage à l'arrivée. Il a été fait alors que j'étais déjà dans l'appartement. L'électroménager un peu usée. Bruit du lave linge. Changement de la cafetière trois jours plus tard.

Inadmissible les conditions du logement !!! Nous avons eu le logement avec 1h de retard, nettoyé à l'arrache par la coine du p'tit jeune qui avait dans son sac à dos nos draps propres..... 😰😱 Un carnage de payer 100€ une nuit dans ces conditions !!!!!

Non tornerò né lo consiglierò

La struttura dell'appartamento non è male. Il mobilio molto economico ma comunque sufficiente. La vista dalla finestra (sottotetto) è panoramica anche se Rouen si vede proprio da lontanissimo.

Purtroppo nonostante l'avessi specificato molto bene il divano letto dei bambini non era preparato. Per aprirlo è stato un bel problema. Una volta trovato il lenzuolo e i cuscini ho trovato il lenzuolo sporco in più punti e strappato/bucato. Ho segnalato la cosa e dopo una resistenza iniziale mi hanno portato anche se a distanza di ore il lenzuolo pulito. Non c'erano asciugamani per i bambini, anch'essi sono stati portati a distanza di ore (uno era macchiato) La lampadina del bagno zona water si è fulminata subito. Pulizia scarsa in generale. La posizione non è comoda a nulla : è su una collina ripida ed è raggiungibile con strade abbastanza complicate (ed il fatto non è segnalato). Mettono foto con la distanza a piedi dal centro in termini di km e di tempo senza specificare che la casa si trova in cima ad una collina. Non ha wifi o almeno non mi sono state date le credenziali nonostante richieste.

La ubicación era cercana para ir al Acuaescope y cercana también para visitar Poitiers. El apartamento era confortable y bien ubicado con todo lo necesario, bueno echamos de menos una lavadora.

El ruido de los vehículos, ya que las ventanas dan a una calle principal.

Prima lokatie voor op doorreis.

Parkeren bij het appartementencomplex. Complete, schone keuken. Ruimer dan een hotelkamer. Balkonnetje.

De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep wat stroef. Geautomatiseerde berichten, waarin geen antwoord gegeven werd op onze vragen. Gaf wat gedoe bij de aankomst. Net iets verder van centrum dan we hoopten, maar te doen. Je mag niet roken in het appartement, iemand had dit (duidelijk te ruiken) wel gedaan. Kan de eigenaar waarschijnlijk ook niet zo veel aan doen, deze geur.

Ben arredato

Mancava il secondo letto in quanto il divano letto non si apriva e le lenzuola non parevano molto pulite, come anche quelle del letto che non aveva il lenzuolo sotto ma solo il copri materasso. All’arrivo avrebbe dovuto farci il check in l’host che invece non c’era e neppure ha risposto al cellulare, e siamo riusciti ad accede alla palazzina dov’era situato l’appartamento in quanto un condomino è uscito.

De locatie en inrichting van het appartement, lekker dichtbij de bushalte. Heerlijk bed en complete keukeninrichting.

Jammer, dat alle info in het Frans was. Tip: ook info in het Engels geven. Niet iedereen spreekt Frans, meestal wel Engels. Een make-upspiegel ophangen zou prettig zijn.
