Brilliant location with parking

Great location, quiet and only 10 minute walk to the centre. Parking space was a big plus. Excellent instructions and communication from the owner. Bed was very comfy with lots of hangers in the wardrobe. Coffee and teabags, sponge and washing up liquid were provided. Flat is ideal for 2 adults.

Another big mug for tea and coffee and 1 hand towel would have been nice. But these are small things, we had a great stay. We didn't do any cooking in the flat so can't comment on that.

Excellent location with secure parking.

Location is excellent, we walked along the Seine and also into the historic centre. The property had secure parking and the apartment was clean and had all the essentials. The host sent us some really useful information about the area and places to visit. Easy check in and check out too.

La proximité de la ville et le parking est un point positif du logement. Logement calme.

Nous n’avons pas réussi à utiliser la télé. Même si c’est un détail pour nous, il serait bien de fournir une petite notice.

דירה קטנה וחמודה. החניה זהו ייתרון גדול ברואן. הדירה מתאימה ל 2-3 אנשים, לא יותר. קרוב מאד למרכז רואן, הליכה של 10 דקות. יש מעלית בבניין. שכונה שקטה ונעימה.

אין כוסות גדולים לשתייה חמה.. הבטרייה בשלט לחניה גמורה. הרצפה בכניסה לבניין מלוכלכת ולא ניקו אותה במשך שבוע שלם.

ruhige Lage, vieles füßläufig ereichbar,Ausstattung wirklich gut, Bäckerei nur 20 m entfernt, Aufzug vorhanden, Parkgarage mit genügend Platz auch für eien SUV

Bei der Ankunft hatten wir noch keine Information zum Zugang für die Garage und dort gibt es so gut wie keine Parkmöglichkeiten zum warten. Uns hatte ein Bewohner des Hauses den Zugang ermöglicht.

Comfortabel verblijf in rustige wijk.

Het appartement was op de eerste etage te bereiken met trap of lift. Het is makkelijk de stad in te lopen. In de nacht is het rustig. Het appartement is huiselijk ingericht, het geeft je een comfortabel gevoel.

We hebben geen gebruik kunnen maken van de gratis parkeerplek omdat onze auto te hoog is en niet door de poort kon. Dit is fijn als het vermeld wordt. De host heeft ons een plattegrond gestuurd waarop aangegeven stond gratis parkeren in Rouen. Dat was wel weer een stuk lopen. Verder zou ik het fijn vinden als er grotere koffiekoppen in de kast staan en minder kwetsbare glazen.

Le logement est sale : table basse collante, sets de table avec des restes de nourriture, de la poussière, la bouilloire pleine de copeaux de calcaire blanc, les vitres avec des traces de doigt, le lavabo de la salle de bain pas net Le manque de vaisselle, l’absence de mugs, L’absence de serviettes pour s’essuyer les mains Les promesses non tenues du loueur (livraison des verres), en somme aucune considération du loueur face aux remarques La télé qui ne fonctionne pas, message d’erreur SFR

AGRADABLE ESTANCIA EN LA BONITA CIUDAD DE ROUEN

El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. Situado a unos 15 minutos del centro en una zona muy tranquila. El sistema de recogida de llaves a través de la aplicación que facilitó el anfitrión es muy flexible y el apartamento cuenta con un parking de acceso directo al edificio.

Parfait pour une étape d’une nuit.

Situation excellente. Très calme en Aout. Très bien placé, à l’écart de la foule tout en étant pas trop loin de la vielle ville accessible à pied. Proche d’une boulangerie, crêperie et restaurant.

Si effectivement l’entrée et les portes de l’appartement sont larges assez pour laisser passer une chaise roulante; ce n’est pas équiper pour un PMR. L’appartement est tout petit. Et je ne le qualifierais pas de « Magnifique Appart ». C’est un peu trompeur.
