L'appartamento è situato in una posizione comoda per visitare Rouen: in circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la Cattedrale e il centro cittadino. Il plus principale è il garage interno gratuito, che permette di lasciare l'auto in totale sicurezza. L'alloggio è confortevole, ideale per un breve soggiorno e dotato di apprezzati kit di benvenuto sia in cucina che in bagno. Efficienti le procedure di check-in e check-out autonomi, spiegate nel dettaglio con indicazioni chiare e utili consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Lo staff è rapido nelle risposte. Nel complesso una buona soluzione per la posizione e il parcheggio, ma con un margine di miglioramento sui servizi e sulla manutenzione.

- Lo stabile si presenta un po' trascurato. - All'ingresso in casa si percepiva un forte odore di fognatura, proveniente dal bagno. - Viene fornito solo un unico telo da bagno a persona. - La pulizia generale è decisamente da migliorare. - Sarebbe utile indicare già nelle condizioni su Booking che il kit di lenzuola e asciugamani per il divano letto (terzo ospite) prevede un costo aggiuntivo.

L'appartamento è molto accogliente e pulito. Situato in una zona comoda (a 10 minuti dal centro cittadino). Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile e ha risposto, in maniera garbata ed efficiente, ad ogni nostra richesta. Ci tornerei senz'altro

We chose these apartments because they offered free parking. The parking area is convenient, spacious, and located in the same building. The apartment itself was clean.

1. The apartments use an online check-in system that requires providing personal information, including passport numbers and dates of birth. Completing this process took a considerable amount of time. 2. The apartment itself feels somewhat tired and worn out. 3. The bed is quite narrow for two average-height adults. 4. Kitchen appliances and dishes are provided, but the quantity and condition are such that it is not really possible to cook proper meals. 5. The shower cabin has two types of showers and a hydromassage function. However, only one shower works, and the doors are broken. 6. The external window shutters were closed when we arrived. We managed to open the shutters only in the bedroom. In the living room, the mechanism does not work. It was very uncomfortable to stay in darkness and not be able to open the window for ventilation. 7. Considering all these issues, the hosts additionally asked us through the online application to take out the rubbish and collect the bed linen and towels ourselves at check-out.
