The apartment was decent, but when we arrived it was not clean enough. We found a pair of knickers in the front yard, which we had to throw away because our children play there. The house also had a lot of pet fur, and the worst part was that the sheets hadn’t been changed. They smelled bad, and after a long drive we had to replace them ourselves with the spare set left downstairs. I don’t understand why a cleaning fee is charged for an apartment that wasn’t properly cleaned. What really upset me, however, is that the price I was charged was different from what was shown on the website. It stated £129, but I was charged £133.67.

Parfait pour 2 personnes, bien aménagé avec des équipements, tout l'électro-ménager nécessaire et des meubles récents. A 10 min. du vieux centre ville de Rouen.

Il est difficile de se garer dans la rue, les places sont chères. Côté équipement de la cuisine, il manque un couteau à pain et une grande planque à découper.

Niestety nie udało sie nam znaleźć hasła do WiFi, , na furtce przydało by sie oznaczenie ze to te apartamenty, gdyby nie video na youtobe nigdy bym tej furtki nie znalazła . Na ulicy ciężko zaparkować bo ciasno, ale wykonalne .

Endroit parfait pour un long séjour : jardin au top, quartier pratique et ambiance chaleureuse

J’ai passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement ! Le jardin est vraiment top, parfait pour se détendre. J’y suis resté plus d’un mois , et tout s’est super bien passé. Les voisins sont très gentils et le quartier est calme et agréable. Il y a un tabac à 30 secondes à pied et un Intermarché à quelques minutes, ce qui est très pratique au quotidien. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Le propriétaire est accueillant, disponible et à l’écoute, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, aussi bien pour un court séjour que pour une plus longue période. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

La posizione è ottima, non troppo distante dal centro di Rouen. Si trova abbastanza facilmente parcheggio in strada vicino all'appartamento.

La pulizia è sicuramente da rivedere. Divano e moquette polverose, scaffali porta oggetti e tavolo cucina non puliti.

La casa era talmente polverosa che ci ha causato una forte reazione allergica, il materasso era sporco e il cortile pieno di ragnatele e muffe: una situazione indecente ed insostenibile. In seguito alla nostra segnalazione, nessuno ci ha aiutato a risolvere il problema, anzi sembravano offesi dal nostro disagio. Siamo andati via immediatamente ed abbiamo cercato sistemazione in albergo. Pessimi.

Bonjour, Très bien située, non loin des commerces. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé. La télé marche super bien, en plus il y avait Netflix pour le plaisir des enfant. Un ptit jardin sympa, BRAVO!

Très déçu de notre séjour !

La maison est cosy, elle est bien situé à 10min du centre ville de Rouen en voiture. Il y’a souvent des places de stationnement devant la maison.

Le portail de l’entrée fait beaucoup de bruit, les voisins également d’ailleurs, ils se sont carrément permis d’ouvrir la porte de notre jardin pour récupérer leur ballon et ça à deux reprise (pas très rassurant quand on et pas sur place ) Nous avons également dormi sur le protege matelas car les draps fourni n’étaient pas de bonne mesure ( ça c’est quand même très moyens) Prévoir également un torchon et un balai.
