Charming apartment and convenient location.

Very comfortable apartment with excellent bus service to Rouen and easy drives to other attractions in the area. The outdoor seating area was great. The kitchen is basic, but has everything necessary. Street parking was easy and we felt comfortable leaving our bicycles in the garden. The hosts are lovely - we only wish our French was better!

Perfect stay near Rouen

It’s a lovely little one bedroom cottage and it’s in the backyard of the owner’s home. The owners Muriel and Christopher treated us like friends and my husband enjoyed playing table tennis with Christopher. The kitchen is functional, showers had plenty of hot water and a spacious living area. I enjoyed being able to run near the campus and the trails.

There is nothing major. I would have liked a better knife to use in the kitchen and I’m sure if I had asked Muriel, she would have provided one. a shower caddy to hold soaps and shampoo would also be a nice to have.

Geweldig huisje, zeer compleet en comfortabel; ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de mooie stad Rouen of andere bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Host Muriel is zeer vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam met informatie over de omgeving. Winkeltjes en een markt op loopafstand. Zeer rustige omgeving.

Un immense merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et bienveillant. Le gîte est parfait, tout confort, bien équipé et très bien entretenu. On ressent le plaisir des hôtes à accueillir !!! Pour l’équipement, mention spéciale pour le lumière au dessus de l’évier 😉

Wszystko! Wygodne łóżko, przyjemna pościel, wszystko czego potrzeba jest na miejscu. Salon bardzo wygodny i ładny. Powitalny cydr był pyszny. Miłe koty gospodarzy przechadzają się po ogrodzie. Dogodny dojazd autobusem do centrum Rouen.

Bel appartement pour passer ses oraux à NEOMA

Equipements de qualité, appartement très propre et lumineux. Propriétaires très accueillants qui ont donné toutes les informations utiles pour rejoindre le logement et Visiter la ville. Bus fréquents pour aller á la gare, au centre ville ( toutes les 10 mn).

Une petit appartement très calme, très propre et très fonctionnel

Le petit appartement, aménagé au fond du jardin est calme, assez spacieux, très propre et très fonctionnel. Il n'y manque rien. J'ai aussi apprécié la qualité du linge de toilette. C'est parfait pour y passer quelques jours, à l'occasion d'un déplacement pour le travail, par exemple. On s'y sent rapidement "comme chez soi". Muriel est accueillante et elle se met à disposition, pour d'éventuels besoins. On se gare très facilement dans la rue. Un petit centre commercial à proximité permet d'y trouver de quoi manger simplement.

La vaisselle est un peu hétéroclite ; les verres, par exemple. Mais on peut aussi considérer que cela fait partie du charme de ce logement. ;-) Le logement est constitué d'une grande pièce, séparée entre une partie "salon" et une partie "chambre à coucher/salle d'eau", mais il n'y a pas de fenêtre du côté chambre/salle d'eau. Cette partie est donc un peu sombre et elle ne peut pas être aérée directement. A certains moments de l'année, cela peut être gênant et il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. Personnellement cela m'a parfaitement convenu et comme il faisait doux, il était possible de bien aérer depuis la partie salon. Enfin, pour de courts séjours, un lave-vaisselle remplacerait avantageusement la machine à laver.

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui veille à répondre aux demandes et à donner des conseils avisés avec beaucoup de gentillesse ; gîte en parfait état, très confortable et d'une grande propreté ; le coin jardin est très appréciable.

Séjour dans un entourage sympathique et confortable à 10 min de bus du centre ville

Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons été bien gâtés... (Top secret ;-) ). Gîte de charme hyper bien équipé et confortable. Bus TEOR Ligne T1 vers centre ville à 3 minutes à pied. On peut oublier la voiture, une fois arrivé...

Mon meilleur séjour en 4 années à Mont-Saint-Aignan

Le gîte est situé à peine à 150 mètres de l'université de Mont-Saint-Aignan, il est parfait pour un étudiant. Mais pas que ! Il est parfait pour les personnes en voyage d'affaire ou en vacances ! L'hygiène est irréprochable, les équipements sont parfaits. Nous nous sentons à l'aise et en sécurité. L'accueil est tellement chaleureux, nous nous sentons directement bien. Les lieux sont agréables, la rue est fort tranquille.
