Localisation parfaite. Place de parking a l'ombre en résidence fermée super. Spacieux bel appartement bien agencé et joliment décoré. Consignes fournies pour les clés claires.
Manque d'entretien visible : propreté générale equipements/linges/murs, vetusté des matelas. Tout en restant très fonctionnel, sans doute sommes nous passés au moment ou l'appartement aurait besoin d'un coup de propre/remise a un état plus proche de l'initial pour la mise en location au tarif affiché.

Apartamento espaçoso com três quartos e uma cozinha equipada. Café, chã e madalenas, detergente da loiça, etc. Decoração com gosto e apartamento limpo (espaço, lençóis e toalhas).
Só tem uma casa de banho (retrete separada do resto). A retrete não estava devidamente limpa. As camas não são muito confortáveis.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour dans ce bel appartement super bien équipé et bien situé à Rouen. Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer nos 3 nuits dans un lieu sûr, calme et agréable. L’hôte a été très réactif, prévoyant et à l’écoute de nos besoins.

Grundsätzlich schöne Wohnung in guter Lage, gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten.
Wohnung kann eine umfassende Grundreinigung vertragen, Trotz niedriger Außentemperaturen war die Heizung nicht in Betrieb. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Ölradiator konnte dies nicht wettmachen.
