The apartment is in a very good location, spacious. We got everything we need, owner also put thought behind little things (sanity for women, and im happen to need it so really appreciate)

Maybe a little extra cleaning would be great, floor is quite dirty I would say, but its fine in the end as I can quickly vacuum and mop it for my kids to crawl around

Nice and helpful host, good location.

The location is quite good. This is a living area with good infrastructure, and the are around house is private, so there is plenty of parking space. The city center is 20 - 30 min walk, what is really convenient.

The dishes were not properly cleaned and there was quite a lot of fat from previous usage. Also, the dishwasher was not very effective (seems that it needed some clean up).

2 Tage in Rouen

Ruhige Unterkunft in einem größeren abgeschlossenen Wohnkomplex mit Parkmöglichkeit auch für große Autos. Die Wohnung liegt im Hochpaterre. 3 kleinere Schlafzimmer, 1 Duschbadezimmer sowie eine separate Toilette stehen nebst Wohn-Essraum mit Küche zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung ist recht modern. Das Bett war allerdings für unseren Geschmack recht weich und etwas klein. Ausstattungsmäßig war alles vorhanden was für ein paar Tage gebraucht wird. Kaffekapseln für die Maschine waren auch da. Empfehle diese Wohnung allerdings höchstens 4 Personen bzw eine Familie. Sonst wird es zu eng. In der Altstadt ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß Uns hat es gut gefallen mit 2 Personen. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Entweder hat der Vormieter nicht richtig gespült oder die Putzfrau muss besser nacharbeiten. Da ist noch Luft nach oben.

Ein Erlebnis

Wir haben als kleine Familie diese Unterkunft gebucht. Wirklich super und kaum zu toppen war der Kontaktakt zu dem Gastgeber. Alles lief per Mail oder über den Massenger von Booking.com. Die Antworten kamen prompt und waren immer sehr höflich und produktiv. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentrumsnah und hat großzügige Parkplätze, auf denen selbst unser Renault Trafic sehr viel Platz fand. Der Plattenbaustil und die überwiegend multikulturellen Bewohner sorgten für Urlaubsflair. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Möbel passen optisch zueinander und wirken nicht zusammengewürfelt.

Ein wenig nervig war das Hinterlegen der Sicherheitskaution von sage und schreibe 450 EUR. Über meinen Standard-Browser funktionierte das nicht - da öffnete sich eine Seite, in der ich mich einloggen sollte, was nicht erforderlich ist. Tipp: Dann einfach einen anderen Browser verwenden. Da die Wohnung, z. B. Couchpolsterung oder Matratze, ein wenig abgewohnt wirkte und auch die Geräte keinen hohen Wert haben, fragte ich mich, warum die Schadenskaution - die ich zuvor noch nie hinterlegen musste - so hoch ausfällt. Es fehlt ein Wäscheständer zum Wäschetrocknen und wir hatten Glück, eigenes Toilettenpapier dabei zu haben. Das Putzteam hat das Paretoprinzip perfekt verinnerlicht: Heizkörper wurden ausgelassen, die Fußleisten teilweise auch. Der Rest wirkte akzeptabel bis sauber. Insgesamt haben wir eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung und in Rouen verbracht.
