Nice appartment in a good location that I would choose again if I return to Rouen

Location of the property was wonderful as it was within walking distance to the Rouen Rive Droit train station and downtown Rouen eliminating the need for a rental car to visiting key Rouen attractions (Le Gros Horloge, Notre Dame Cathedrale, Museums). There are plenty of restaurants and stores close by. Apartment was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cups; it had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of usb ports throughout appartment to charge our devices. Both the owner and booking.com were responsive when I had issues with damage deposit payment site with my credit card.

Common area hallway/stairwell in the building outside the apartment did not have lights. We had to use phones to light up the stairwell at night.

Inviting decor, great location, very clean linen. Thoughtfully presented throughout. Has personality and was charming as a consequence. Quality appliances including a great tv and sound setup. Very comfortable and quirky in a pleasing way. airy and bright apartment.

Absence of pots and pans in the kitchen for cooking.

you get what you pay for. pictures do look nicer then in person. it does have everything you need and walking distance to everything. I just wouldn’t recommend this place for small children. there is workout equipment and weights in open areas and steep steps to the beds in the loft. had my kids sleep downstairs for that reason. the host had failed to initially send me the picture that shows exactly where the lockbox was located so that had already left me a negative first impression when dealing with kids in the car and busy one way streets. was able to obtain the picture after getting in touch. other then that, the accommodation still worth staying in for the value and location.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Rouen dans cet appartement !

L’appartement est très bien localisé, salle-chambres-cuisine spacieux, tout était parfait. On a tout dans cet appartement q’on avait besoin. A côté il y a des restaurants, des bars, supermarché, etc. Un point important de plus est que Christophe, exceptionnellement, nous a très bien reçu et a fait la gentillesse de nous attendre dans la gare de Rouen pour nous ramener à l’adresse. Je compte revenir à Rouen à travail et dans cet appartement. Je le recommande fortement.

Circuit électrique cuisine à revoir, état moyen du matériel de cuidine. Poignet de porte salle de bain qui ne tenait pas. Mezzanine très basse de plafond.
