Great value for money for a short stay
User friendly accommodation in a beautifully renovated building. The continental breakfast is shared in a lovely communal area where you can help yourself to a range of good quality food and drinks.The location is perfect, a few minute walk from a clean and secure underground car park underneath the cathedral. We found many different bars, cafes and restaurants steps away from the property in a safe and dynamic neighbourhood. Ideal as a stopover.
We could have used a small table in the room. There wasn't a wardrobe either which would have made a longer stay a bit less comfortable.

Superb boutique hotel in the center of Orléans
Location--jist around the corner from the cathedral. Friendly, helpful staff. Laundry machine available. Spacious room. Excellent shower--rainfall shower head, good water pressure and hot water warmed up fast.
Code entry didn't work on my phone, but customer service was very helpful and found a solution for my stay.

A great place to stay if you can cope with the automated style of the hotel.
The location is perfect, very close to the cathedral. Although there is no parking with the hotel, there is a public car park under the cathedral at reasonable rates. The building is historic, and has been cleverly modernised and well decorated. We had a very comfortable night, and really appreciated the air conditioning. Breakfast was extremely generous and although it was a serve yourself style, there was a young lady present who was very helpful and friendly. She even offered to carry our luggage downstairs for us, which was much appreciated. As far as we could work out, she was the only member of staff present at any point during our day, and it was nice to see a friendly face.
This is a completely automatic entry hotel, using your phone and QR codes, which could be a problem if you are not confident with this kind of operation. You also need to ensure that you have enough phone battery to get back into the hotel at the end of the day, something which slightly spoilt the end of my evening as I was anxious to get back before my battery ran out, and missed the end of the beautiful light and sound show at the cathedral. We also found it a bit disconcerting that there were no personnel on site when we arrived, it would’ve been good to have at least one person present. And be aware that there is no lift and a long winding staircase. But overall the experience was very positive, and we would certainly go back again.

Good and stylish Tech Hotel…….but the Tech HAS to work
Great position right by the Cathedral, very stylish and breakfast was good. Huge bathroom.
This is a tech hotel, you download an app for your keys and simply slide the lock open on your phone. Worked well for getting into the main hotel but didn’t work for getting into the room. Concierge staff (not on premise) were quick to respond and at the second attempt got us into the room and we were pointed towards a key safe in the room. Not a major drama and dealt with relatively easy by the online staff, but those not tech savvy might struggle.

Cool minimalist hotel with good breakfast included
Cool access mechanism - uses QR codes. Useful early access to (limited) luggage storage. Clean and comfortable room with large bathroom with walk-in shower. Bed comfortable but a bit bouncy. Excellent breakfast.
The text I got with instructions on access didn't mention that 4pm was the earliest entry time - but the online concierge let us in anyway (at about noon).

A bit difficult to understand how to use the phone to open all the doors at the first try but finally very convenient. The bedroom was modern, clean, comfortable. The breakfast really good. Great location just nearby the cathedral. We recommend.
