Pleasant staff but the facilities were poor and dirty. Door in the bathroom had paint peeling off.

Close to the motorway

Room was not clean. Paint peeling off the bathroom door. Sheets had been washed but had old stains on them. The floor was dirty and not properly cleaned.

Close to where I was working, nice terrace to sit outside and have a drink, also with restaurant & bar on premises. Clean rooms with air conditioning and amazing & friendly staff. Also restaurants & shopping nearby.

Second visit to this hotel, chose it because it was v good last time - just as good this time

Staff very friendly and efficient, really good. All spoke excellent English which I appreciated ! Rooms clean, comfortable and neat. Good bed and shower. Nice bar/restaurant for a quiet drink and watch tennis on TV :-) Easy to find off the main road.

Room air con. could have been better but not a problem when 26 C. outside. Curtain was very thin and as the room faced East it was a bit too light in the morning. Not major problems though

Friendly, clean and value for money - fine for a short stay

Staff were really friendly and helpful - and spoke excellent English ! Room was small but very clean and had what I needed for a short stay. Air con in room was great as it was roasting hot. Good shower, comfy bed. Nice bar/dining area inside and out. Surprisingly quiet for what is quite a busy area

Dinner had very limited choices but was good quality and quantity. Example menu in picture. But couple of decent places to eat right next door in any case. Located on the edge of big retail park so not exactly picturesque but trees and greenery around the hotel helped

Reservation was changed to another location

The breakfast was ample with plenty of choice

Our booking was changed a few hours before arrival to another hotel in the same chain. There was no heating source in the bathroom which smelled a bit damp. The restaurant was closed on a Friday evening. The hotel was hard to find as there was no signage.

Good location for travelers by car. Delicios french breakfast. Safe parking witch was closed in night time. Friendly staff.

Very small rooms that are difficult to turn around, because when storing your luggage it is not possible to enter the bathroom without a hitch :)

Great overnight bed to break a long journey.

Easy access from A71. Secure gated parking. Located in retail estate. Rooms are small but modern and look recently refitted. Ideal for an overnight stay to break the journey from Calais to SW France. Didn’t have breakfast, we preferred to get on the roads and eat in the car.

It looks a bit tired from the outside but it’s fine inside.

Everything looks new

Everything looked fine but.. The rooms at bottom building are very noisy. You can hear people in other room. Actually my room has a door (locked) that can lead to next room

Not too much.

Not easy to find. Room ok for an overnight stay but not 'smart'. Functional and utilitarian best describes the place. The food offering would have embarrassed a down market UK truck-stop.
