Good budget hotel for a nights stay to visit Orleans or travelling onwards

Its a great budget chain. The rooms were big enough for a night's stay and perfectly adequate. Breakfast was decent and parking was plentiful. The hotel was near some good eateries so it was an easy place to stay for a night.

This hotel is not near town.

Great place for an affordable quick stop

The guy at the counter was very helpful and kind. The room is small but has everything you need. Fine for a quick stop and stay. It has a couple of decent food places nearby

It got a little noisy with the neighbouring visitors at times. It's not the best part of Orleáns, which is fair considering the price. I haven't felt unsafe.

Breakfast was more than adequate with a good selection of typical bread items plus cereal, eggs, fruit and cheeses. Fresh coffee and fruit juices.

Small rooms, outside the center but good value for money for an one-night stay

We chose the hotel as it is close to the highway and car fast charging station. It was good value for money to stay for a night

The bathroom is a bit small / short and the room is in generally small. It may be a problem if staying multiple days

Confusing but ended up OK at the sister hotel next door.

The management provided accommodation at the hotel next door because the Fasthotel Orleans Zenith was actually closed on my arrival. No lights - nothing except a note on the gate with a phone number to ring

I didn’t get to stay there!

The Comfort hotel was clean and comfortable but my two grown up children had to share a double bed rather than share a twin bedded room as booked!

We were called about 2 hours from arriving around 7.30pm to say there had been a water leak and they had transferred us to a comfort hotel nearby. When I checked it was a lot further out. I complained and they moved us to a nearer one. I could see the Fasthotel and clocked people arriving despite the so called leak. When I read the reviews before booking someone else complained they had been moved at the last minute. I think they had overbooked the hotel and they lied about a leak. This is very poor!

doors banged constantly people standing smoking outside my room talking loudly at 12 and 1am no consideration for other guests I couldn’t sleep with the noise so left at 3 in the morning tired and not happy

Fast hotel was closed so I was diverted to another hotel and then another 5 kms away. I asked several times for a toothbrush and was told by reception that they would get me one but they never did. Dinner was awful.

Great for an overnight stay when travelling through.

Clean rooms in good condition. Air conditioning. Continental Breakfast was good. Tea/coffee in the room. Parking free and directly outside. Car charging point just down the road.

If you arrive late in the night it is possible you won't find any free parking place, but there are several outside the perimeter. The bathroom is pretty small.
