Staff were helpful, and room was very clean. We could connect our phone to the TV in the room and watch movies from our phone which we appreciated.

Great check-in and out. Generally very good, warm, friendly staff. One staff member in the restaurant needed some training. Super clean, very comfortable rooms and a great shower! Excellent food in the restaurant.

The interior of the room was clean and had everything one would need

The room had a terrace but this opened onto the terrace that was open to anyone from the breakfast room and anyone could have sat or even looked into our room while we were in there not very pleasant We also had two dogs in the room which we advised you about before we arrived the open terrace was not ideal and also next to the breakfast room with lots of people going past early in the morning fortunately our dogs are well behave and this did not disturb them but other dogs might have found this upsetting

Justine at reception: very welcoming. Comfortable bed. Quiet- a good night's sleep. Well placed for a south-north journey. Beautiful crockery and glasses in the restaurant.

Restaurant very disappointing overall.Willing but untrained staff. Chef sent out a barely-warm chicken main course, undercooked flageolet beans - and presentation of dishes lacking finesse. Severely overpriced food. Dammann frères tea offered in the room - but no one had bothered to fill the box, ditto coffee capsules.

Un super séjour

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable. L'ensemble des installations est magnifique, tout est décoré avec beaucoup d'originalité et de gout. Nous avons également pu diner au restaurant sur place, Le Daniel, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Geweldige inrichting Toilet apart van de badkamer Goede brasserie op kwartier lopen

Regendouche werkte helaas niet. Gemeld bij vertrek maar kreeg niet de indruk dat er wat mee werd gedaan. Kamers veel te warm (ook s’nachts)en temperatuur niet goed te regelen Jammer dat de bar en restaurant dicht waren. Zagen er wel heel mooi uit.

La décoration de l’hôtel, de la chambre , la propreté des lieux, le buffet du petit déjeuner et la réactivité du room service .

La demande de caution bancaire de 200€ alors que j’ai payé en ligne à la réservation . Le chocolat chaud de la machine au petit déjeuner qui etait imbuvable. C était une eau aromatisée au chocolat , pas un lait avec du chocolat. Gros bémol quand on ne prend que le petit déjeuner continental. A changer car tous les autres produits sont de qualité, ça dénote .

Suite très spacieuse, la décoration est très belle, literie parfaite

Cette fois si nous avons pris une suite, tres spacieuse, décorée avec goût, literie parfaite mais par contre , pas de produits dans la salle de bain, pas de mouchoirs, 2 dosettes de café , pas de quoi pendre les draps de bain , pas de poublelle dans la SDB et 1/2 bouteille d eau pour 2. C'est dommage .

J'ai réservé un hotel avec restaurant intégré pour ne pas avoir à ressortir le soir. A mon arrivée, j'ai été informé que pour ma seconde nuit : le restaurant était réservé donc non accessible aux clients de l'hôtel et que les places de parking ne seraient disponibles que si je rentrais tôt de ma réunion. Ainsi, je ne suis pas ressorti car il neigeait de peur de ne pas pouvoir garer ma voiture au retour. Donc je n'ai pas diné. En revanche les odeurs des festivités sont bien parvenues dans ma chambre.

Modern, nieuw hotel. Goede bedden. Leuk ontvangst door de receptionisten.

De parking dat je hier extra 15 euro per nacht apart moet betalen. De borg 100 euro per persoon voor 1 nacht. Gaan uit van wantrouwen ipv vertrouwen van de gast. De kamer was slordig afgewerkt, verfwerk. Inrichting met design hanging ape boven bed? Vrij specifiek moet je van houden. Te weinig haken voor gebruikte handdoeken. Slechts twee nespresso cupjes, 1 décafé en 1 regular.

Het was gloednieuw, ruime comfortabele kamer, mooie regendouche

Het was al open terwijl het niet af was, dat betekende in ons geval geen mogelijkheid om elektrisch te laden (is ‘opgelost’ door niet te hoeven betalen voor het parkeren). Trappenhuis moest nog verder afgewerkt worden. Menu in het restaurant had geen grote keuze. Koffie voor een tweepersoonskamer bestand uit één normale koffiecup en een decafé koffiecup.

Personnel très souriant et agréable. Literie confortable et chambre très bien décorée. L’hôtel est superbement rénové, très beau. Petit déjeuner à 20€ au top.

Place de parking à 15€/jour, pas de peignoir dans la chambre malgré l’inscription dans le descriptif, eau dans le bar payante alors que le prix de chambre atteint tout de même les 200€ la nuit :-(

Une adresse luxueuse pour un tarif justifié

Un hotel neuf (ouvert depuis 15jours), une équipe jeune et dynamique, un cadre luxueux, la décoration originale et de bon goût, une chambre vaste et confortable, un lit ferme, un WC séparé et une grande cabine de douche. Le restaurant n'est pas en reste avec des plats originaux et bien amenés. Quant aux petits déjeuners (possible sur la terrasse extérieure) tout est au top, cadre, mets proposés, ambiance. Bravo à tous pour cette excellente étape dans notre parcours de retour sur Cahors
