Friendly hotel with good breakfast and very good value!

The location works really well for us when we come off the autoroute. The staff are friendly and approachable meeting our requests for extra pillows etc. the breakfast buffet offers excellent choices and staff there are very attentive. The rooms are comfortable and have modern decor and facilities which are perfect for overnight stays!

Comfortable property, great location

Everything was fine. The room was perfectly acceptable and quite clean. Did not match the historical exterior of the building but was comfortable. Free parking inside the courtyard , very convenient. Breakfast was nicely presented, lots of variety. Location was excellent, right on the river, walking distance to old town, restaurants, Cathedral.

Room and bathroom were both a bit small, but adequate and worked fine.

We’ve stayed there many times, it’s very convenient for the motorway

No hot water for a shower, the bedroom light was permanently on so we had to take the lightbulb out, no water in the room so we had to ask reception for some, room not very clean

A great hotel for a stopover in Orleans.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is clean, comfortable and in a great location. The secure car park behind the hotel was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was very good.

We had no hot water on the evening we arrived. Staff were very apologetic but there was nothing they could do.

A good choice when visiting Orleans!

Breakfast was quite good. Room was very quiet. Parking was free, which is a 'bonus'. Wifi was free and reliable. Easy to reach, the hotel is located at walking distance from the center of Orleans. Hotel overlooks the river and there are nearby paths to walk/stroll/run. Staff were really friendly and they actually helped retrieve a forgotten garment ,which was subsequently posted to an address of our choice. If you want a 2-night stop-over in Orleans, this is your choice, pricewise and facilities included.

Convenient “bed and breakfast” style hotel close to the historic centre of Orleans.

Convenient location close to the autoroute and close to the centre of Orleans. Convenient stopping off point from the Channel Tunnel when driving to Southern France. Ample free car parking.

There was no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Bed OK, rest is dissapointing. Was expecting better.

Breakfast has only 1 coffee machine. Croissants were too small. The garden is a mess, only weeds and the only umbrella over the outside table is totally torn and unfit to still be in use. The hotel is about a 20 to 30 mins walk from any restaurants.

Fantastic city centre hotel

Large room for a family. Historic looking building but very clean and modern inside.Nice to have toilet separate from the bathroom. Big shower. Only a 20 min walk into the historic centre. WiFi worked well. We didn't have the breakfast but loved the free sweet station at the reception! Big free car park.

Nice stay, comfortable beds, good breakfast, shame about the high price for pets to stay.

Staff super friendly, extremely clean, breakfast although €16 / person was excellent! Lots of choice high quality food, and scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon too so full cooked as well! Free parking too! Close to city centre.

Cost for pets to stay too high, €20/animal depending on size , we have 2 cocker spaniels and we were charged €15 each so €30 on top of the bill just for the g o stay is a huge price when ACE hotels charge €6…

Fabulous location, easy to walk to town centre. Warm welcome on arrival with lots of tips for attractions and restaurants. Big car park and no rush to check out early. Will definitely return.

A very comfortable Hotel with excellent off road parking. The breakfast was excellent and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would use again and highly recommend. The shower was very good
