Overall the stay was fine, there were one or two minor things that one would not have expected from a 4 star hotel. There were only paper cups in the room - one would have expected at least plastic or preferably glass. Although there was tea and coffee there was no milk or even powdered milk.

Wonderful room with a great view of the Loire River from our balcony. 8 minute walk to Orleans Center City and the tram. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was gorgeous.

Double bed for a family room on forst floor opposite lift and stair well. Incredibly noisy for most of the night by other hotel users. Also, noise from lobby area could be hears and breakfast being set up. Bedroom nowhere near as nice as lobby would suggest. Swimming pool tiny. Beer too expensive and wasnt allowed to put on our room bill when sitting at pool sode. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful.

Used this hotel as a stopover on our way to the South of France. Hotel is not in the best condition and could use a proper renovation (toilets don’t flush, pool was out of order during our stay), carpeting and bedding clean but old an worn. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I booked a room for myself and my 2 children. I paid the half board rate. On arrival, I was told that my children were not included in the half board rate. At dinner, I was given my starter and main which I chose from a small, separate menu and then instead of being offered dessert, they asked ‘would you like a coffee or is everything finished?’ At breakfast, it was really busy, so we were out in an overflow room which wasn’t made up. ‘Leave it to us’ they said. So we served ourselves at the buffet and then came back to find the one table they had laid was occupied. Some stood in the middle of the lobby with our bowls of cereal and waited for cutlery, a glass and somewhere to sit. The room was filthy, and really noisy/ it well insulated from the noise of the other rooms.

Liked excellent staff on reception and restaurant. Didn't like that we purchased room with balcony at an extra cost but unusable as very dirty (being kind) and no furniture to use. No maintenance available at weekends and had to live with flickering lights in the bathroom which was unpleasant. Property is well kept on the inside but tired on the outside.

Christian at the Reception gave us an enthusiastic and informative welcome. The entire staff was communicative, efficient and affable. The room was comfortable, spacious and functional with river view. It became warm in the middle of the two nights, even though the thermostat indicated 18C. Felt like 26C. Dinner at L'Entreact was a pleasant surprise. Our waiter, Mourchad was attentive and took excellent care of us. The Menu offers a vast variety of choices. Food preparation was very good. The entire wait staff offered great and accommodating service to all patrons. And specially with children. The facade needs a touch up but the lobby is classy.
