Lifts were tiny and couldn’t fit 2 adults, 2 children and suitcases in so that was a bit of a pain late at night when we checked in. Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and couldn’t get a hot drink anywhere when we arrived at 9pm.

Friendly welcome with helpful advice for exploring Orleans. Secure underground parking. Cheap family room for 5 people with nice clean shower room. Adequate for one night stay but would benefit from updating .

It was only one night we spent there, but everything was really good. Very nice and friendly guy at the front desk. Both our rooms were very good. Shower in the bathroom was great (really). Very good breakfast, underground car garage and short walk to Rue Jeanne d'Arc. And very reasonable price. Just a perfect stay.

This was the most basic hotel. No reception service without bashing on a bell and waiting for someone to turn up. The room was simple and there was no attempt made to make you feel comfortable. The wifi was dropping frequently. The tv only showed French channels. The reception staff were extremely friendly though. That was the only good thing about the whole stay. Another dingy badly lit underground car park. Situated on the edge of the city centre but close to a major shopping mall. No restaurant or bar in the hotel and only limited soft drinks available during day times. I Think the reception staff went home at night and there was nobody available if you wanted a water after 7 pm.

This hotel is well located near the City centre and we were made welcome on arrival by the proprietor. The rooms were of a good size & standard and the self service buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel offers secure underground parking for cars and motorbikes (at a reasonable additional charge per night) and worthwhile pre-booking. I would most definitely stay here again.
