The cramped room. Booked a superior for space but so cramped!! Definitely not a superior should be a single. Couldn’t easily walk around the room. Nothing like the picture- the bed side table didn’t even fit on one side of the bed properly ,the room was so small that the small table only had one chair as two wouldn’t fit - even though it’s a room for two?? Where’s does the other person sit??? It’s not value for money - shame as the location is great!

Good hotel with difficult car access unless you know what you’re doing

Central location. Nice pool and sauna. Comfortable room

Access by car to the garage was not explained well and is confusing. You need to turn off the main road to a pedestrian area blocked by bollards and then press the bottom buzzer on an access control to have the bollards recede. The hotel is then 159 metres in the right across the tram tracks

Would have been helpful if the staff had advised on how to get to the car park - i had messaged and they didnt give me the correct information meaning we ended up in an expensive multi storey.

Ran out of a lot of breakfast items late in the sitting. Chap running the breakfast room (he was from Morrocco!) was excellent very friendly and helpful

Happy to stay again next time

Ceiling was high which ia very refreshing Internet was very fast Room and bath was super clean. Breakfast and dinner available Location was very central. Many attractions are just few minutes walk away. Both receptionists were very friendly and helpful.. We were 4 and in the rooms 107 and 108. I liked the door connecting the rooms inside. Isolation of window was very strong so we did not hear nothing from outside although it is quite energetic place. Accepting dogs.🐶 Breakfast was good, especially liked the brewed tea (Brand Kusmi which I saw the shop in the city too)

Car park slots are little small to make move but ok. TV is very big and nice but only French cable channels. I was expecting Netflix and YouTube too from such a smart TV. We could only connected to our phones for playing music not screen sharing.

Great and convenient location for the reasonable price!

Great location, close to the train station and main sightseeing locations. The hotel team is very helpful and friendly, they helped with daily questions and some adjustments that needed during my stay.

It was not very clear how one can get into the garage parking. The room was good, but the bathroom was very small and uneasy to get inside, as you need to walk around the door to get in and to be able to close it. The breakfast choices had a lot of sweet and meat options, so some cheese and other savory options can be beneficial in the future.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever been to

Our visit started with the reception where we had to wait for like 20-30 minutes for someone to come and check us in. We were given a room with a locked safe, only one pack of towels instead of 2, not working phone, broken door to the bath - we could not close it at all. Windows were looking into the backyard - to the wall almost let’s say. When I asked if it is possible to move to a different room (after waiting again for 15-20 minutes for someone to come to reception) I was offered a room with a broken door - door to the room could hardly be closed. The breakfast was not nice, bare minimum of everything, scrambled eggs looked very bad.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel. The staff and management is unfriendly. Breakfast is also not good.

I mistakenly booked 2 rooms and I called them right away (1 week before my arrival); they refused to cancel the other room free of charge, so they charged me twice for 1 night stay. Additionally, I asked to get a blow dryer in the morning during my stay; first they brought back a hair straightener. Then, after a long waiting time, they brought me to one of their empty room which was ''still in construction'' to blow dry my hair - it's unbelievable! The breakfast was nothing special and for the coffee they used a coffee machine like those ones you can find at the gas station with milk powder (I let you imagine how it taste...). The hotel is quite new and just opened up, they should make effort to build reputation and provide good service to their clientele. It is such a pity because they have a good location. It was a very bad experience and at the same time expensive, I will never book this hotel again and I would not recommend it.

Le bruit....la chambre donnant côté rue nous avons eu l'impression de dormir dehors : voitures, trams,bus, même les gens qui parlent....l'isolation phonique de la fenêtre est inexistante, c'était horrible. De plus, le petit déjeuner à 20€ sur le papier était digne d'un 4 étoiles, le problème c'était que les plats était vides, les distributeurs de boissons chaudes aussi, c'est inacceptable !

A 2 pas de la gare et des rues commerçantes. Hôtel confortable, personnel d'accueil agréable, bagagerie disponible. Chambre parfaitement insonorisée, propre. Literie agréable. Bouilloire Piscine accessible depuis le RDC.

Un petit bémol pour la douche spacieuse mais très glissante. Nous avons déplié une serviette de bain dans le bac par sécurité.
