Convenient to Orléans attractions

Staff was excellent. Can't recall the name of the outstanding head manager, but Carmen and Alex were wonderful. They made excellent dining recommendations. Alex was even helping me with my French. On first morning, we were a little laggy, and they held housekeeping until we went out for the day. Location was amazing. Street in front of hotel re-opened when we arrived, so we could park in their convenient garages. Enjoyed breakfast one morning and selection was adequate.

Limited shelving, and no drawer units. We were 2 persons in a room with additional bunk beds, and we used them as shelving for our 4-night stay. Shower pours water onto bathroom floor. Push-squeegee is provided and is certainly needed.

Great boutique hotel on a small road in central Orleans, 5-10 mins walking distance to the beautiful cathedral. Friendly and helpful staff. Small bar in foyer. Nice breakfast. Parking available for 3-4 cars in small garages directly opposite the hotel.

A great find, a warm friendly top notch hotel.

We had an up-grade to our room so had more space than we anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. The room was modern and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, the en-suite was larger that one often encounters and the shower was great. The hotel is really well located for a very short stroll into the centre of town with sights and restaurants close by. Breakfast offered a large choice and was great value for money. The hotel staff were charming and spoke some English for those who need it. Parking is limited so reservation is a good idea for those travelling by car

Easy to find from motorway but close to city centre and restaurants/bars. Private parking in secure garages. Friendly staff.

It’s generally looking a little tired as a hotel. The rainfall part of the shower didn’t work. The hot and cold taps both ran warm. There’s a silly shelf in the room that’s easy to bang yourself on. The pillows weren’t great. Tiny fridge in room that only comes on at certain times - just not worth having.

Very central location, underground public parking close by (though expensive!) Small room but comfy, stylish, good bathroom, kettle and fridge.

Public parking was 32 euros for overnight stop however probably the most central location in Orleans.

Exceptional

A small hotel in the best yet quiet location in Orléans. Friendly reception and the fastest check-in I've ever experienced. The rooms are small, typical of the city center, but perfectly adequate and very clean. Likewise the sanitary facilities. It is 300 meters through the old town to the banks of the Loire. An underground car park is 100 meters from the hotel.

Lovely, tranquil hotel in the heart of the Orleans historical district

Lovely hotel very close to the train station in the center of Orleans, completely in the historical district. There are lots of restaurants and nightlife close by, but our room was very quiet and tranquil, with a window opening up to an inner courtyard. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice. The hotel paid attention to small details. I would definitely stay there again.

Great central location

Great location in the centre just off the Place de Martroi, quiet side street with easy secure ground parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Room on the small side, and don't like sliding door to bathroom, but otherwise fine and comfy. Great walk in shower, tea and coffee facilities, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Strongly recommend.

Location - FANTASTIC. Staff - kind and helpful. Breakfast - good. Room - clean. Lift to upper floors. Communication for questions pre-visit were answered quickly.

Hotel parking (ordered in advance) cost 20 Euro which we didn't know when ordering the place, only when I asked. As we arrived late, we parked on the street and paid via a meter for a couple of hours in the morning. If I would have arrived earlier, I would have paid for the parking - it is well worth it (as mentioned, location was very good). Besides that - everything was great.
