Great location and spacious rooms

The room was spacious. We were late arriving but found the phone reception helpful.

The bathroom had a strange smell to it and parking was not easy to find a spot.

Mediocre

It was cheap. The bed and ac were comfortable. The room set up was reasonable.

Floors were dirty, shower hadnt been cleaned properly and had 2 different kinds of mold growing in it. We were promised free parking but there was none

Great place to stay

The location offered the hotel is perfect. Just 25-30 min walking to the centre. Room was big and with plenty of space. Kitchen is small, but we only use it to prepare dinner, so it was enough for us, as it has pan and casserole. We booked the parking space, which was good because parking was full when we arrived

We were lucky to book the parking space as it was full when we arrived and no parking space close by, maybe 3-5 min walking you could park, but if you don't know the area, you don't know exactly where you can park. Some of the parking spaces were big, but not all and it was only one circular ramp to go in and out without any mirrors or anything, not sure how people do if they find each other in the middle

Comfy beds, nice room

We liked the indoor car parking, with direct access to the elevator. Also the availability of a trolley cart to get our luggage to the room was outstanding. The beds were very nice, so was the shower. We also liked the availability of a kitchenette and refrigerator, plus all the necessities (silverware, etc.) Another plus was that the room was soundproof. All in all we've had a very pleasant stay, so we definitely recommend this hotel when you're in Orléans.

The toilet was a bit 'hidden' beside the shower, which made it less easy to access when you're not 100% mobile. The neighborhood wasn't particularly nice.

Fully equipped apartment

The staff was very friendly, professional and spoke very good English. The room/apartment was spacious, with a table, desk, two chairs and a little wardrobe. The bathroom was quite big, there were towels and soap/shampoo. The kitchenette was fully equipped. It's a perfect place to stay for a few days or longer. The property is within 2 km from the old city centre.

We had room on the first floor and just above the main entrance. There were people keeping noise and smoking right there, so we couldn't keep the window open. People noise could be heard despite the closed windows anyway. Also, the noise from the inside (adjacent rooms and corridor) were disturbing. As for the location, during our visit the tram stop by the hotel (Coligny) was closed due to renovation, so we had to walk with our luggage 800 m to the next one. (The renovation is supposed to last until May 22.)

Good option to avoid center stress.

Location. You are not in the center (stress) but you have the train literally at your door. In 10 minutes you are are the center.

A bit too expensive. Aditionally you need to pay parking place which is a little bit tide. You cannot park outside (difficult).

Small bedroom and bathroom I did not get the access codes by SMS as expected by later on via message in booking eventhough the phone number given was correct

Very Spartan - little furniture (only one bedside table and no sofa) - absolute bare minimum - it felt like a student flat without any comfort Hotel was well outside of central Orleans but very close to tramway - very few local amenities Room was tatty - very cheap fixtures and fittings ( wardrobe doors would not slide) - towels v small No staff on reception on arrival at 1830 - you let yourself into building and open a safe to find the key (but access arrangements were txt’d in advance ) Breakfast OK - but breakfast room over hot and very small for number of guests

Surprised by the quality of stopover.

All good, lovely apartment , reception staff friendly. Lots of small restaurants, tabacs close by. Happy 2 hours in apartment bar. Location very good and dog walking available along canal within 50 metres.

Happy hour, 2 for one has to be same drink exactly , not pay for most expensive and cheaper drink free. Cont breakfast not really worth the 9 euro unless you are a big bread and croissant eater. Having said that ,the croissants were lovely.

the only positive thing about this property was the underground parking, but you will be charged extra for this

the apartment stank of urine and the bathroom floor was sticky, had to clean everywhere before we could use anything, the microwave was dirty and the walls were stained, location was near a building site

Very friendly stuff and great opportunity to leave at night without going to the receptionist, just leave key and go. Very nice shampoo with bergamot!!!
