Bad service due to broken promises

Location is nearby the road so good for on the way to your holiday location

The electricity in our room did not work throughout the night, and the shower continuously dripped, creating noise that made it extremely difficult for any of us to get proper rest. As a result, we had a sleepless night and a negative overall experience. This level of service falls well short of what was promised on your listing via Booking.com. We booked with the expectation of a basic standard of comfort and functionality, which was not met. As a reaction I have received the message, sorry for the inconvenience and they deleted my booking so that I wasn’t able to give a review. This emphasises their bad service which we received during the night as well Best regards, Wouter Lugard

Nothing it was disgusting.

Your hotel was absolutely disgusting. Dirty bedding, dirty towels, room stinking of stale curry and cigarettes. The reception was closed when I arrived and I had to call a guy who was sitting behind a locked door. It was also closed in the morning so no breakfast or coffee which I had paid for. Woken early hours by a man being sick outside. Air con didn't work, stifling hot. When I left a French guy said it was not a good hotel! You don't say! Should be closed down. I should have stayed in my van but I didn't feel safe there. I propped a chair by my door as I didn't feel safe alone.

HORROR HOTEL

It boggles the mind that this HORROR HOUSE (not a 'hotel') is still open. When we arrived, the doors were closed and the automatic check-in machine did not work. While walking around the premises to see if there was another entrance, we had to step over the heaps of garbage, vomit and excrement. The only people we saw were those who inspired us to want to flee for our lives. How people can feel comfortable leaving their car here overnight is anyone's guess. To make the long story short, we left and went to another hotel. After writing to management to explain what happened, they promised to refund our money. That was in February and we haven't seen a penny yet. Charlatans. This hell hole should be permanently closed.

No breakfast. For what we needed the location was ok. Local restaurants were convenient.

No breakfast, couldn’t get into reception and no instructions on how to. Walls were very thin so lots of noise from other rooms. Not very well signposted. Bathroom was ridiculously small. Room was only just adequately clean. Bedding was dirty. No handle on the window and no desk. Very bad state of repair.

About the hotel. Nothing!

The Room we booked was dirty, and reeked of cigarette smoke. We managed to change to another, however, this one although not stinking of cigarettes, was also dirty and the shower and toilet should have been condemned. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Arrived to find a drunken man in reception having a plaster put on a cut on his hand by receptionist. Room was in poor condition and noise from traffic made sleep difficult except for a few hours in the middle of the night when traffic was very light. Lock on bathroom door broken and door would not stay closed. Chipped furniture, missing screws, run down and poor state. Breakfast very disappointing - no croissants - this is France for chrisakes!

La sympathie de la personne présente

La localisation. Surtout le chauffage, car un petit appareil soufflant ne chauffe pas et fait beaucoup de bruit puisqu'il faut le laisser en fonctionnement , d'autant que la porte était disjointe sur environ 1 mètre, bonjour l'air froid entrant en janvier.

Si on vous donne la chanbre 201 refusez la, mais honnêtement je pense que aucune chambre n'est bien, les normes d'hygiène ne sont clairement pas respectée a fuir.

Tout, absolument tout était désagréable. Regarder bien partout pour vérifier l'entretien et surtout n'utiliser pas les serviettes de bain. Chauffage non fonctionnel et impossible de fermer la fenêtre pendant 3 jours de pluie.

Hôtel située à proximité d'un grand axe, parking disponible à au pied de l'hôtel. Chambre et petit déjeuner simple et efficace.

La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain pourrait être amélioré. Les installations semblent vétustes et une remise en était serait réellement un plus. L'environnement général de l'hôtel est sale : immondices et vieux chariots sur le parking. Etendoirs à linge sur les coursives d'accès au chambre laissent un sentiment peu agréable

Peut dépanner pour une nuit mais pas plus

Le lit était grand et confortable

Personnel pas très joviaux à notre arrivée. La vitre de la chambre ne se fermait pas correctement, on avait tout le courant d’air on n’a eu froid, heureusement qu’on a pu prendre la couette du lit superposé au dessus. Il est placé à côté d’une grande route on entend énormément le passage, sûrement accentué avec la fenêtre. Il n’y a meme pas de bac de douche donc on met forcément de l’eau partout.
