A great, family-friendly stay.

The staff were excellent, helping me when my French failed. They greeted us with free juice for the children and little snacks and an activity pack. The restaurant was really good, though the poor front of house staff could have done with a bit more help as it was very busy! The breakfast was great, lots on offer. The location was nice too, not far from the city but in a quiet location and an easy walk to a forest trail with playgrounds for the children.

The bed was a bit harder than we like, and it was incredibly hot in the room, despite turning down the thermostat and opening a window.

OK for a quick stay. Secure Parking is good. And all standard facilities.

This was a one night stop on a drive through France. We aren't looking for something special. This met most needs. Staff were friendly. And check in/out were simple and quick.

The breakfast was a disappointment. We've stayed in a number of Novotel's around France and the breakfast here was not as good as others. I understand it was off season, but think the assortment and quality could definitely have been better, to come close to other Novotel's.

Restaurant forgot our order again. Having been to this location about 25 times, this is totally unacceptable. No more second chances! Rooms need a makeover. Stuck in the 70s. Awful sinks and anaglypta everywhere.

Great overnight stop on the way to Southern France.

Excellent gem of a hotel

Lovely overnight stay here to visit Orléans and escape the Paris heat! The staff and hotel are super nice with excellent facilities and lovely grounds (including pétanque, children's play area, tennis courts, gardens to explore, games room etc...) The pool is small but still lovely for a plunge! The rooms are nice and clean and I appreciated the little eco touches (no water bottles, automatic hallway lighting...) Will definitely visit again, thank you!

Check in was very busy, but done in a relaxed, smooth way. There were lots of young families in the pool area and gardens, all playing and relaxing. There was a good atmosphere. Dinner was good, good service. Room was comfortable, good shower. Couldn’t fault it. Everything worked.

The first time we stayed there was a buffet as there was entertainment, but the second time, a Saturday night was from the menu which was very disappointing, not sure whom they are targeting with it, we went and ate elsewhere.
