We drove 2 hours from home to have a special (Rabbie Burns Célébration ) lunch, and the hotel made a good end to the day

Good location just outside of the old town

Close to the old town with the possibility to book a secure parking space; 10 minutes walk to Place Jeanne d'Arc. We had a room on the 4th floor looking onto the busy street; it was terribly hot even though day time temperature was only 23 degrees. We had a fan but that was barely sufficient for us. The small kitchen was well furnished. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was charged 15€ for my dog when the poster in the room and reception said 12€. Still waiting to hear from the management.

It ticks all the box’s and I would say it rates as a 4 star hotel

Bedding / Towels & kitchen with all you would need to prepare and make a meal. The doggy bag was a little different, I have never before had a treat bag for our dog 😊

The price point seemed good but when you add 2 x 15e a breakfasts plus 15e dog plus car parking and then the Tourist tax then the extras add up to a lot more than the Apartment rental ! No tea towel, why?

No air con, passive-aggressive sign in the kitchen was not appreciated, grumpy staff when checking out.

A baby or person had been sick in the lift and it smelled a while. My first breakfast hadn't been booked for me at reception. My fridge hadn't been put on in my room. Not enough loo roll.

A great location and we like the appart-hotel concept. We would definitely repeat the experience.

We enjoyed having our own - very adequate kitchen - and the independence that gave. The room was a good size with an adequate bathroom. It wasn't far from the centre of Orleans. The parking was very convenient and the man at Reception very helpful.

There was no air conditioning and so was very hot the nights we were there. The rooms weren't cleaned during the stay which wasn't too much of a hassle but clean towels might have been nice.

Absolutely dissatisfied

The aparthotel is in a desolate condition. The water pipes in the kitchen under the sink are leaking and water ran down. It was seen that this condition had not been repaired for a long time. No other apartment or repair was proposed to us There are mold stains on the ceiling. In the shower was a glued bar of soap from the faucet had not been removed. There were also cockroaches in the apartment. It was very hot in the rooms and there was no possibility of ventilation or cooling. the Rerfreshments machine at the reception was broken and did not work. I leave now to add the photos. Please clean and repair the accomodation.

Most things, wasn’t advised that you had to reserve parking & had to pay extra which is not a problem if we were told we had to pre-book due to limited spaces which were gone when we arrived & we had a trailer that couldn’t be secured! One little fan was allocated to each room & didn’t realise after the twin beds were gone (2) it was then a sofa bed! Breakfast is the most basic we have ever had in all the years travelling & staying in France! Sorry I could add more but I’m trying to enjoy the rest of my holiday! ☹️

Sweet, helpful staff. Washing machine in the building with detergent included in the price for one use. Clean enough. My appartement seemed to be wheelchair adapted with a shower chair for those who are looking for that.

No decorations/art in the room, a bit institutional. Shower drapes too small so a lot of water ended up on the floor
