All great except loud neighbors

Location to the train station is very convenient 10 minute walk and you are there! It was great for my professional trip and even though there were some renovation ongoing from 8h30 until 18h everything went smooth Reception is extremely nice and I was very happy that the breakfast was not only pastries and croissants and that it had some delicious sausages and egg, this was perfect to start the day!

Unfortunately, on my last night, there were extremely noisy nearby neighbors making a party in the rooms from 10 pm until nearly 1 AM which could be heard even with the TV and headphones on, the banging of doors and hitting against the wall was so bad that my room would vibrate, this is very unfortunate as there is a night club just in the other street, they should had just gone there out of respect of the other guests.

Location was easy to find, but didn’t like having to park on the road. We were not told the hotel car park was closed due to refurbishment.

Some staff, but not all, were a little grumpy. Hairs in shower when we arrived 😖Noise of drilling in the room from refurbishment work - could have stared an hour later after most guests had left.

A very enjoyable stay

Room was fine, parking was adequate, either on roads near the hotel or a car park at the rear. Breakfast was excellent.

Sadly, despite having been told initially that the restaurant would be open, it was closed. We were informed in advance. Thankfully there was a choice of other restaurants nearby, but the view from the hotel dining room, over the river is excellent, so disappointed not to have had our evening meal there.

Very secure parking, walking distance to town, helpful staff, aircon

Shower was too feeble to wash hair, rooms too small for 2 people. In 30 years of visiting France, had by far the worst meal in this hotels restaurant.

Not enough parking for all guests Building quite old Carpets in rooms I usually take B&B hotels near highway; mostly quite recent, plenty of parking, nice rooms; this B&B did not live up to that, but on the other hand, can you expect more in a city for 66 euros, breakfast included?

Comfortable stay just outside of the city centre of Orléans

Nice hotel with pretty big rooms for the small price we paid. Walking distance from the beautiful city centre of Orléans for a smaller price since it was just outside of the beltway around Orleans. Comfortable beds.

The bathroom was very tiny and the shower wasn't intirely watertight, so the floor was a bit wet after showering.

The location is easy to find as Orleans town center is fairly small. It is 10 minutes walk from Orleans train station as well as the nearest tram station if you are taking it to go around.

When I was checking in, the first room that they assigned to me was not cleaned/ready for me when I opened the room door. I went back down to the reception to reflect about this, they then assigned me to a second room, which I found out it belongs to someone else when I opened the room door. No one was in there luckily, but I saw belongings of others, so I closed the door and locked it away immediately. At this point, it leads me to worry about the safety of my belongings during my stay here. It has shown me that they may make the same mistake with other guest, i.e. permission to get into my room when I am outside. I went back down to the reception again, the staffs took some time and then finally assigned me a third room that is actually ready.

Comfortable for an overnight stay!

It offered what we expected although there wasn’t the best selection left considering it didn’t close for another 50 minutes - we think a coach party had had their breakfasts before us! The coffee was very good!

We were surprised at how small the bathroom was - I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are very tall or broad in the shoulders - the bathroom is very narrow and you have to be careful not to bump your head when using the toilet - it was very clean!

Very attentive and nice staff. Nicely decorated lobby and restaurant area which is comfortable to sit in. Good selection of food available, and the food was pretty tasty too. Rooms are small but okay and clean. Good location if you're moving by train.

One has to be careful with the shower which too easily gives either cold or steaming hot water. The shower in general is not good, barely adequate flow and resembles more like trickling.
