A Nice modern hotel for your stay in Orleans.

It's a house with a parking facility in the backyard. So it's possible to park really safely and really close. All guests have use of a kitchen that can also be used after the stay to wait with lockers etc.

The system to use the phone as a key took some time to set-up. There is no elevator so bags have to be carried up the stairs.

Nice room with modern bathroom. Walking distance to town centre and free off-road parking. Perfectly good breakfast. Very helpful staff when our television wasn’t working.

The access to the property and mainly the room was a bit of an issue without an actual key or card but other than that nothing.

Wonderful breakfast and friendly staff in a beautiful building

Centrally located and easy access once the issue of automatic entry was sorted out. My phone wasn’t working but the entry info was quickly sent to my friend. A bit stressful wondering whether it would work or not

We paid for parking but were unable to access the car park as one car had used 2 spaces. But managed to get free parking right outside the building

Comfortable and clean, would stay again!

The property was easy to find and fully autonomous, so we didn’t need to worry about late check ins or coordinating with a host. The keys are digital and don’t require an app. This was a great feature. The rooms were modern and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I’d say they were as comfortable as some higher end hotels I’ve stayed in. They also had air conditioning, so we were cool and slept well, even on the third floor. There is street parking, but we reserved a spot in the private parking area. Unfortunately our car wasn’t able to fit (minivan), but the hotel refunded us for the parking fee without any hassle. Breakfast was basic and DIY, nothing special but sufficient.

Great property, not so great check in

Clean, modern and quiet. Spacious too. The location is a little outside of the city centre but only a short and pleasant walk and it does mean it’s on a quieter side street.

Everything was good apart from the check in process, which didn’t work as smoothly as they make out; we were t through the process but had a hard time finding out the room number. Some info is a bit lacking in detail in regard to this. If you don’t have a smartphone or if there’s more than one of you, everyone is reliant on that one smartphone as the key. There was a lock box inside the flat bit we were never given the code for it, if there had been physical keys inside it would have helped.

La chambre était très bien, la situation de l’hôtel proche du centre-ville

Nous avons payé huit euros pour une place de parking et malgré plusieurs essais pour rentrer sur le parking, il nous a été impossible de garer la voiture. Nous nous sommes donc garés dans la rue Le petit déjeuner était basique mais correct. Par contre nous avons trouvé curieux de devoir débarrasser notre table et mettre la vaisselle dans le lave-vaisselle. dans un hôtel de cette catégorie, il devrait y avoir une personne pour gérer la salle.

Nach anfänglichen Problemen bei On-Line Einchecken, war die Hilfe durch das Hotel Personal einfach grandios ohne anwesend zu sein. Das Zimmer war gut und das Frühstück auch.

Ich konnte aufgrund meiner späten Anreise keinen Hotel-Parkplatz mehr buchen. Die öffentliche Parksituation außerhalb des Hotels ist schlichtweg eine Katastrophe.

Très bien, je reviendrai

La chambre très bien décorée, confortable. Et surtout le salon, j'y suis restée pour travailler, j'ai adoré la playlist très agréable. Le rapport qualité prix. Je n'ai rien mis de particulier pour le personnel car je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de croiser beaucoup de monde.

L'emplacement et le stationnement gratuit dans rue.

La propreté...il y avait du rouge à lèvres écrasé sur le tapis à notre arrivée, Bcp de poussière sur la tête de lit, les housses d'oreiller mise à l'envers... Pour finir la cuvette des toilettes n'était pas fixée...

Le ménage (ma 1ere chambre n'était pas faite quand je l'ai prise, donc après avoir appelé on m'en a donné une 2 ème, il y avait un verre déjà utilisé à côté du lit et un trou dans la housse de couette), la tv ne marchait pas non plus et j'ai payé une place de parking, il aurait fallu prévvenir qu'il faut un petit gabarit car très très serré

Goed concept, mooie kamers, op circa 10 min lopen van het centrum. Parkeren ter plekke raad ik af.

Alles is aanwezig in de gezamenlijke keuken. Ontbijt is prima met goede croissants, pain de chocolat en stokbroden. Ook jus d'orange, koffie en thee. Vers fruit om te pakken, ham en brie. Ook de mogelijkheid een eitje te koken. Goed verzorgd. Er is geen personeel aamwezig, alleen om in de ochtend 1 persoon om het ontbijt klaar te zetten, oo te ruimen en de gezamenlijke ruimte netjes te houden. Personeel sprak geen Engels.

Parkeren. Van te voren een parkeerplaats gereserveerd, maar ter plekke weet je niet waar je zijn moet. Dus eerst contact opnemen. Dan krijg je een beschrijving en code om aan de achterzijde een poort te openen in een eenrichtingsverkeer straat Als je een vw polo rijdt of een Peugeot 208 dan zal het prima gaan. Wij reden met een ford focus wagon en dan kom je de poort niet door om vervolgens nog de draai te kunnen maken om je auto schadeloos te parkeren. Laat staan er weer uitkomen. Wij hebben de auto moeten parkeren in een algemene overdekte parkeerplaats (wat overigens prima was voor 10 euro per dag). Wel een tegenvaller als je rond 20.00 uur hier nog naar op zoek moet met een volle auto met bagage.

Très joli hôtel ,très propre ,calme Jolie décoration ,bon petit déjeuner Possibilité de se garer dans la rue ou éventuellement dans la cour arrière (quelques places pour 8 euros ) Hotline très réactive et personnel sympa ( oui oui ,il y a des humains au petit dej )

Quelques petits soucis de liens permettant l’ouverture de la chambre et du portail du jardin ,rapidement résolus par la hotline Je déconseille cependant à ceux qui n’ont pas l’habitude de tout faire avec leur smartphone
