L’emplacement, le petit déjeuner, le calme, la propreté.
Le manque d’ascenseur lorsqu’on est au deuxième étage avec des bagages c’est un peu compliqué

Om de accommodatie in te komen met een code, en deze is door het later boeken in de namiddag te laat ontvangen en is door een andere gast de deur geopend. Na ongeveer een uur bellen kregen wij de code van de kamer wat erg vervelend overkwam na een lange reis. De kamer was verder prima echter de kamer kon je niet aan de binnenkant afsluiten.
De te late ontvangen code en de kamerdeur, die niet op slot kon.

La habitación es muy grande y bonita, muy cómoda
-Difícil acceso
-No tiene ascensor y nos tocó subir a nosotros las maletas 3 pisos
- El desayuno era muy escaso, no había nadie de personal para que te ayudase, tienes que meter tu mismo la cubierteria y los platos en el lavavavjillas con los demás huéspedes. Si no hay cubiertos limpios te toca fastidiarte.
-Quisimos dejar el coche en el parking y no pudimos porque no nos respondían ni nos daban ninguna solución, y el parking estaba vacío.
-Deberían de tener a una persona dentro del hotel para que te pueda ayudar.
