Decent clean, recently renovated hotel in the middle of the town , close to the train station and to the town’s main square . Nothing fancy but very convenient.

Great location . Car park close by , the hotel get a special rate of €12.50 ( should be €30 per day ) street parking if your brave . Good choice at breakfast. Staff very helpful and polite . Hotel a bit tired.

A nice, clean, mid-priced hotel. Very friendly staff, their English was great (not expected, since it is France, after all). Breakfast was solid, they happily stored our bags until 4:00 the day of our checkout. Easy place to return to. Wi-fi maybe a little pokey? But free, so worth it relative to the cost of the hotel.

Staff were friendly and gave recommendations on museums and attractions in the local area. Our room was clean and tidy, maybe would have like tea/coffee making facilities but otherwise a comfortable room. The local was perfect and we would reccomend this hotel when visiting Orléans

The suite was absolutely fantastic. New, clean bathrooms, spacious and very comfortable. I stayed in the suite the first week. My second week, I was in a normal room, which was very disappointing. Not only was it not very clean, but the shower did not drain well so I was standing in a pool every time I showered. I had asked staff to take a look and nothing was fixed. The soap in the shower was also not refilled and stayed empty for half of my stay. Additionally, I did not have a ceiling fan and the toilet smelled. However, staff was very friendly and helped me quickly when I was locked out of my room after reception hours. The breakfast is a typical European breakfast, all cold. Nothing fantastic but OK for a few euros. There are some better pâtisseries around the corner. The location is great, in the center of town and walkable to many restaurants.

We wanted a one-night stopover in this beautiful city close to the old city centre. The Grand Hotel fitted the bill perfectly. Very clean rooms, staff very helpful and informative. The hotel is situated literally a 3-minute walk from the Place Martroi, which has a great choice of atmospheric restaurants - all reasonably priced. The hotel has a deal with the underground car park (Martroi) whereby you can park for 24 hours for 10 euros - brilliant!

I think the best part was the staff. My French is functional, but not very good. Upon check in she was really careful to speak slow deliberate French that I could understand. Made a huge difference. The rest of the hotel? Its nothing special, but its a great location in Orleans

Had room with double and bunk beds all with comfortable mattresses. Room not large but not cramped. Was hot August so we were glad of ceiling fan. Street outside bit noisy but couldnt hear when window shut. Thick curtains allowed room to be dark at night. Staff helpful and willing to speak English when my French failed. Location convenient for main square, etc. Nice bakery almost opposite.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us excellent advice about the city and restaurants. The rooms were clean, and the location was very close to the city centre.
