A relaxing, comfortable break

Staff were all friendly, helpful and a delight to deal with, putting customer satisfaction first and foremost. Choice at breakfast was first class as can only be guaranteed at French hotels.

Affordable hotel close to all the sites

Location allows you to easily get to the major sites while being close to the train station. The breakfast buffet was very good, the level of air conditioning good and the noise level low. The curtains protected against the light adequately and the bed was nice and hard like I like it.

This is not the hotel's fault but it is located in a bit of a shady area so best to walk with a determined pace to get to the hotel at night.

We only stayed one night here but we were very happy with our choice! The location is perfect and the staff was friendly and very accommodating! We arrived early, way before check in time and they kept our bags while we went for lunch. The room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable! We definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

I arrived at the wrong ibis hotel and I kindly asked the receptionist if he could call me a taxi to the correct ibis location I explained I’m legally blind and it was dark outside and he refused to make a simple call to a taxi ( my portable was not working he insisted I leave and walk in the rain in the dark legally blind. I’m absolutely disgusted at such meanness over a simple request. I kindly suggested I’d wait will he tended to waiting customers and he still refused to make ca call to a taxi!!!!

Comfortable and pleasant stay very close to Orleans centre.

The location, the friendly staff and the fact there was a car park next to the hotel. We were welcomed warmly and check in was very efficient and quick. Our stay overall was also very comfortable.
