Location is perfect, very close to the catedral and the very nice city centre. Promises fulfilled : quiet room/ good AC. Very good breakfast included in sharp room price.The concept without staff works.

One of the 2 rooms was not so clean. The only staff member we saw shortly was the one preparing the breakfast buffet, and she could interact warmer with her guests.

I would NEVER again use the digital entry for a room stay .

Location Room was good. Breakfast was excellent

The process of registering your identity and then using your phone for entry was awful . We were cycling and became very anxious our phones would run out of charge . Also you charged extra to store the bikes which seemed unreasonable, also check in was late , we arrived tired after a days cycling and would have appreciated being able to get in earlier .

Small but perfectly formed

The air con is silent and exceptional in hot weather! The room was small but perfectly formed and decorated, the bed very comfy. The shared spaces, well equipt and beautifully maintained and gorgeous modern decor, one of the nicest places I've ever stayed and for a great price in a great location. Would definitely recommend!

I liked it all but I guess if you are not very phone savvy you may struggle with everything being QR code based access wise. ( I personally loved the convenience) Just make sure you have battery on your phone!

Nice clean place. Very eco friendly.big room. For sure, this will not be my last. Highly recommended. Breakfast was delicious, nice coffee, apple juice, orange juice,bread jam croissant, and a lot more.

Best night’s sleep of our holiday

Fantastic accommodation. Cool, clean, comfortable and quiet. Very good value. Very accommodating as we arrived early and were able to leave our bikes and luggage so we could tour Orléans.

internet connection is very slow. Due to the bad internet connection it took 30 minutes to open the doors. All the messages we got from the hotel were mainly in french.

Goede kamer, mooie locatie. "Entrée autonome" geen succes.

De kamer is compact, maar prima. Goede sanitaire ruimte en een prima ontbijt. Mooie locatie vlakbij de kathedraal en binnenstad. Parkeren op straat lukte ook. Vanaf 18.00 tot 9.00 gratis. De gezamenlijke ruimte/ keuken beneden waar je zelf wat klaar kan maken is heel prettig. Helaas was het er ijskoud en de bediening van de thermostaat kwam niet overeen met de toegestuurde beschrijving ( you tube filmpje)

De hele procedure rond het " entrée autonome" werkte ook dit keer niet goed. Om te kunnen communiceren worden er veiligheidscodes gestuurd per e-mail, die je vervolgens niet kan openen. Gelukkig zijn ze telefonisch meestal goed te bereiken.

L’emplacement est top Le confort est ok Heureusement que le petit déjeuner est compris L’amabilité de la femme de chambre qui a été le seul personnel rencontré furtivement le matin. On s’excuse encore d’avoir failli lui provoquer une crise cardiaque.

Très impersonnel. Il n’y a personne. On s’est cru dans un jeu d’épreuves En arrivant on a douté d’être à la bonne adresse : pas d’enseigne hotel sur la façade du bâtiment. Système d’ouverture des portes efficace mais pas intuitif du tout. On s’est retrouvé bloqués hors de notre chambre au retour du petit déjeuner. Il fallait utiliser un autre système que celui utilisé à l’arrivée. Au petit déjeuner c’était un jeu d’épreuves intellectuel et personne pour assister. Tout le monde était perdu à essayer de comprendre comment les appareils marchaient et où se trouvaient les choses.

La literie.

Aucune enseigne indiquant l'hôtel, aucun stationnement de libre à proximité (surtout pour les personnes en situation de handicap, comme nous) il faut au pire aller au parking de l'hôtel de ville, mais stationnement payant à partir de 8h. Arrivé dans une première chambre (n°15) la télé ne fonctionne pas, poubelle pleine,la porte de chambre qui se referme trop rapidement donc blessé au dos. Ont nous a donc donné une seconde chambre(n°14), où la température dépassé pas les 12°C, trou dans les fenêtres (le froid passé), le bruit des voitures très audible, une lampe de chevet arrachée avec un fil qui pendait dans le vide. Ont nous a enfin attribué une 3éme chambre(n°22), il fesais chaud, la télé fonctionné, tout été propre et en place mais une salle de bain non chauffée, nous n'avons pas pu prendre notre douche car la température ne dépassé pas les 15°C. Personne pour nous accueillir au petit déj et surtout nous expliqué le fonctionnement de certaines chose (thé, cuisson des œufs... Etc...)

J'y reviendrai car j'adore cet immeuble à tout point de vue

J'aime la déco des chambres et de la salle d'eau, ainsi que les parties communes et en particulier la salle à manger et la cuisine partagées ainsi que le petit-déjeuner.

La clé avec le téléphone portable est une galère, surtout au RdC où la 5G passe mal :il faut se connecter à la WIFI dès l'arrivée mais je n'ai pas vu la clé WIFi dans le salon? Heureusement que la permanence téléphonique est efficace pour la résolution du problème. La télévision s'allume tout de seule la nuit (une horloge programmée?). A résoudre... moi je n'ai pas eu le temps de m'y atteler...

Hotel bien pensé (architecture) et agréable, chambres grandes, déco réussi.

L'arrivée automne était compliqué ! J'avais réservé pour un moi même et un collègue et je n'ai pas pu, lors de le réservation Booking, mettre un mail et un numéro différent par chambre. Nous n'arrivions pas en même temps, je recevais donc tous les messages de vérification (code etc) et devais les lui renvoyer, ce qui n'était honnêtement pas du tout pratique.

La limpieza , la situación , en pleno casco histórico, las sábanas ,,, eran espectacularmente suaves ,, la cama era grande y cómodisima . El autoservicio en cocina común muy bien !

No había ascensor ,y el check in es por Móvil ,no hay recepción con personal para ayudarte ! Se puede hacer complicado para gente no acostumbrada! Aunque te ayudan por wasap !

Très bien cet hôtel autonome!!! il faut juste penser à prendre son smartphone dès la sortie de la chambre! Petit dej dans un cadre sympathique, on se sert seuls, c’est agréable et calme!
