Poor value for money!

Unfortunately the apartment was not good at all!!! TV remote doesn’t work, bathroom has black mold, curtains not hooked up properly, kitchenware worn out or not clean! Worst of all, cockroaches everywhere!

Great location, good to stay for a few nights if you are out most of the day

We picked for the location and it did not disappoint. Good size apartment for 3+2. Enough towels.

We provided feedback to the cleaning crew. I think the floors have to be mobbed due to the closeness of the trains. Further - we got rid of a few cockroaches is the house - found other reviews that mention that too.

Very comfortable apartment, centrally located

Very comfy bed. Great view, very central location and nice noise insulation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bathroom has a convenient layout and water pressure. Lots of storage space.

The place didn't have a microwave. The lift doesn't reach the apartment door, only half a floor up or down from it. Some light fixtures were not working or turned on with a long delay. The remotes for the TV didn't work. The towels could be larger / higher quality.

I do not recommend staying there.

Our employees spent two nights there during the current reservation. They described the area as unsafe and were afraid to stay there; the smell of marijuana was everywhere. The apartment itself is very dirty, with sticky tables and wardrobes, peeling paint, visible mold and mildew on the walls, in the bathroom, and on the range hood. There are spiders in the apartment, and the employees were too scared to even go down to the basement where the laundry room is located. What they encountered on-site is inconsistent with the description in the listing and the content of the reviews.

Great location

It is great location to visit Oerlikon or go to Zurich Center and catch the train to explore other parts of Switzerland also very close to the airport.

The elevator is not directly connected to the building you always have to out through a door and go up a flight of stairs or down a flight of stairs to get to your apartment. The linens are very thin and basic, barely enough for four people, the comforter felt small and thin for the bed and there was noting extra. They have the option to pay for extra stuff, like linens, pillows etc.. I guess that is what they want you to do. The "living room" only has a very small love seat and a table. Not a lot or comfortable space to hang out. The kitchen is very minimal and functional. Just the essential and no oil, seasonings etc..
