Incorrect and missing information

The construction workers were nice and the hotel's location was close to public transportation and convenient and inexpensive supermarkets.

When we booked the room, we were not informed that the place was undergoing renovations on our floor in the shared shower room, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, which caused the noise of drilling and only one shower room for 5 rooms. The room itself was not really prepared for receiving guests, there are no carpets in the room, there is one electrical outlet by the door at a height that does not allow charging a cell phone properly, fortunately the worker was really nice and brought us an extension cord with a splitter to charge cell phones. The room is offered as a room with an exit to the patio, in fact, the gate outside is locked, bicycles and garbage are placed on the gate itself, when I contacted the owners by message through Booking, there was no response from them. At least they confirmed that we would leave the room on the last day at 3:00 pm and we could leave our luggage in the shared kitchen until we needed to go to the airport.

Noisy as hell can be

The house is not appropriate for Airbnb/hotel/hospitality purposes. There is no sound isolation or privacy. Closing your room's door means nearly nothing as the noise of the other guest just gets in. Don't spend your money here. Rather go to a real hotel.

The facilities in some respects were below standard. There was a downstairs bathroom but the toilet was out of action and evidently had been that way for more than a week requiring to come downstairs to have to go up and use the upstairs toilet. The kitchen facilities were average. The fridge door could not close properly resulting in the fridge being at room temperature and continually leaking water from condensation. Evidently there is a resident person staying in the property and they have their personal effects on display in the kitchen in the hallway foods on open display for private the kitchen should be focused on providing services more focused at the holiday guest and keeping the residence private kitchen related items potentially in a locked cupboard The kitchen area especially look more like Tune to accommodation organised rather than I will organise people thought out guesthouse

Unwelcoming host and not clean.

only good part is that it’s in a nice location.

The host was not welcoming and the extremely late with my check in. 6pm is an unacceptable time after stating the check in is at 3:00pm. - the bathroom was very dirty - towels were not clean. - extremely noisy as you can hear things happening from the other room, kitchen and bathroom - there is no balcony as shown in the pictures. - felt unsafe. There was no checking of ID or anything that took place. The host doesn’t chevkin on your or whatsoever. There was no water or anything provided. Extremely poor host and property.
